Wonderful staff. Just packed with knowledge and parts too. The parts people are genuinely helpful and interested in seeing to it that I get the right parts and even parts that I hadn’t thought of. It’s that kind of experience that turns a once thought junk appliance into a reliable one for years to come.

Pulled up a few minutes before 6 on a Friday evening. Open sign was still illuminated so we walked right in. Had three small things to get. We went out of our way to be polite and gracious once we learned they were closing at 6, but they went out of their way to be rude. Literally kicked things around, grumbled under their breath, would not make eye contact even after we thanked them profusely for making an extra 5 minutes for us (and we weren’t there more than 5 minutes total). Past experiences over the years were fine, but this will be my last visit. Good luck, folks!
