Had my car in to get a bumper replaced. They were super friendly and quoted a fair price. Problem is the repair wasn’t so good. Over about a month or two the bumper started to separate from the car.
So I called them up to let them know the situation. They were more than accomodating to re-​order all new parts and re-​do the work. Hey they even drove me home so I wouldn’t be stuck there all day… PLUS they dropped off the car at my house after it was done!!! That’s friggin’ good service!
My only complaint (and what keeps them from getting 5 stars) is that I sort of expected they would have noticed the defective mounting bracket they used the first time they had the car so it wouldn’t take a second trip to the shop.

I was referred to Swampscott Auto Body after my car was rear-​ended. They quoted a good price and had my car looking good as new in three days. They even vacuumed out the interior when the repairs were done!
I’m very pleased with the service I received at Swampscott Auto Body and would not hesitate to go back again.

Friendly and fair cost, but poor quality work and attention to detail. Good for saving some $$, but it’ll be a rush job.
90% solid, but they’re auto body guys and I expect 99.9%.
Had work done replacing a hood and repainting a door — got it back with small seals missing. Two years later the clear coat is peeling on the thin body strip beneath the door where they oversprayed but didn’t clean it or mask it. The door edge rust back thru from underneath — they didn’t treat the problem, just painted over it.
I’m a super picky car guy — the hood and door itself still look great, and the blend into the rest of the car is good.
