i had a lovely experience at home made last week. julie was really pleasant and let us poke around until we found what we were looking for. my mom picked up some cotton tape to finish an apron (which is now in paris) and i bought a wonderful grey linen which has made my new favorite shirt. i’m not sure about the yarn prices, but the fabric i bought was well priced (a bargain, even).
i’m a bit embarrassed it took me so long to visit the store, but am excited to have such a top notch source of supplies close to home. thank you!

While vacationing near Avalon, NJ, my wife needed some yarn to finish a project. We visited Home Made and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Although the selection of yarns was not large, it was very nice. It also was fairly expensive, although not out of line for being near the shore resorts.

Adorable shop with the sweetest yarns, fabrics, needles, and notions! I visited this shop while in south NJ visiting family for thanksgiving this year. The shop owner was sweet and helpful. Her prices are great for the quality of materials sold. Will visit again when in the area. If I was local, I would take some of her classes, too!

A darling local store offering beautiful yarns and fabrics, some organic. The owner is very helpful and easy to talk to. I think one would get inspired just by walking in. Definitely worth a visit.

Adorable store and the owner is so welcoming and sweet. Nice selection of fabrics and small, but very nice, selection of yarn. Wish I lived closer so I could take a class!
