saw the manager yelled at the customer calling him I won’t check your car if you don’t give me $ 100. wtf ! and he was asking me to buy this buy that no wonder they are going out of business. they often distribute coupon books to local Suwannee businesses and they tried to use fake reviews here to attract customer. you are better off at tire plus or autozone

This is my third time at this place. The previous 2 times I came for an oil change and they tried to sell me the synthetic oil after I denied it several times. They finally understood that I was not willing to pay $ 80 for an oil change and allowed me to go with the conventional oil. I was fine with that, they just want money I understand. However, today I went in for an oil change and they notified me of tire damage/​replacement for my 2 front tires. Keith, (the man helping me) showed me the wear and tear and I believed him, it was not the first time I heard this. He then proceeded to tell me that the tires were replaced in 2011 and I told him that they were not, that they were in fact replaced after 2012. And he shows me the year on the tire and says «look there is a 2011 stamp here, tires don’t lie» I then told him I Don’t lie, I moved here in 2012 and it’s impossible I got them in 2011. He ignored that fact and when he checked me out he asked me to sign and initial some paper work with statements saying that he notified me of his recommendations that were «reasonably priced» and ultimately for my safety. Whatever. He did not care, Keith was rude and unprofessional, he also needs some extra training because when I went to get my tires replaced elsewhere, the technician said that was the year it was made not the year it was installed. Rude. He also did not give me a new sticker to notify me of my next oil change. What an unpleasant experience.

Came in, was having car checked, told me the ball joints and control arms are horrible shape and need to be replaced immediately, extremely dangerous. Then had it looked at by another shop (friends to save money from the $ 900 repair i was quoted) and they looked at it and didn’t charge me a thing because of how great of shape they were still in. Said that there is nothing wrong with the car at all. Said just needed a new tire because it has a bubble. That caused the shaking. Said the shop was easily trying to rip me off and make money because it is extremely obvious, showed me even, that there is nothing wrong with the control arms or ball joints… new tire now, car drives like new again. This place has always given me a bad impression, and always arrogant and rude about everything, and the main guy behind the counter wont let you talk. Save yourself honesty and money, go somewhere else.

Cheating, rude MANAGER Keith D. Price Gauging cheat. Zero stars would have been more appropriate. Called in advance for a quote on Factory service on my car and was advised by Keith it would be ($). Upon arrival and talking to Keith, he immediately gave ($$$)! It was $ 100 more! When asked for an explanation, he tried to ‘breakdown’ his initial quote. Finally he agreed to his initial quote. There are coupons that are sold in store that allow for a discount on ‘Factory Service’… When the coupon was presented, he balked and said that it couldn’t be used. The reason why??? «I’ve already given you a discount on the service». He was rude and disrespectful. When asked to explain what the coupon did in fact cover, he launched into what ‘Mitchell’ charges for the service! Horrible experience, I don’t trust people like that with my vehicle. Ever

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Owner and manager were polite. Pricing was reasonable and service was quick. Will definitely return. :)

I came in for a simple oil change because the place looks decent and the two reviews that they received on Unilocal looked good. I drive a 2002 car and so it needs regular maintenance that I only trust my brother in law to do as needed.
As with most oil changes, they presented me with a list of things that needed attention. I immediately said that I just want to know what I need to fix and that I could not fix anything on this day. This was what I considered a tactful way of saying, «thanks, but no thanks» to them working on my car. The guy working the counter immediately told me that I was «not going to leave without (them) fixing my brakes today.» He went as far to tell me that he «did not know if they were going to be able to release my car to me without having it towed off of the lot.» He went back to the garage to ask someone if it was okay. I informed him that my brakes had not been making noise and I had been stopping just fine every day that I drive to work and I was ready to pay and leave IN MY CAR. I also informed him that I live right across the street and I can assure him that my car is at least in okay driving condition to make it home. He came back and said that I was able to drive it off of the lot, but then wrote several notes on my paperwork that included, «absolutely no pads left the car is unsafe!,» «offered to tow customers vehicle to her home for her so it did not danger anyone, she declined.» The guy was super condescending to me. I immediately drove home (very upset with the whole ordeal) and my brother-​in-​law came over and fixed my brakes. While it was time for my brakes to be fixed, not one single brake pad was down to the metal.
Just make sure that if you absolutely have to go here, you don’t get pushed into an immediate sale. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars here due to thinking that it was an emergent situation (because I almost bought into it), I ended up spending $ 80.

I had heard good things about this business, and saw the sign for oil change, tire rotation and balance for $ 39.99. Seeing a good deal, I visited Suwanee Service Station and was in and out in an hour for $ 45 (including tax and everything). That’s a bargain! In addition, the guys were very nice, helpful, and the place was very clean. I will be back! Great first experience!

Really honest and friendly guys working here, great prices, clean shop and fast service. Jason (I believe the owner) and Brent (manager) are very friendly, honest and trustworthy– all very important in an auto shop. Prices are competitive and they really do quality work.
