Squeaky’s Car Wash & Lube

I have now visited this car wash three times. Saturday, 1÷30÷16, was my last time.
I purchased the «Platinum» package expecting to have my car cleaned very well inside and out. Unfortunately, my expectations did not even come close to being met.
I specifically requested that the cleaners pay close attention to my windows, but EVERY one of them was left with streaks and not even completely cleaned.
In addition, the inside was not cleaned thoroughly-​crumbs, hair, places in plain view that weren’t even wiped.
Finally, even the outside wasn’t clean. I have no idea what they did with my car for 40+ minutes, but they did NOT use that time to clean my car!
Do not waste your time or money at this place!

Great service and they are always friendly to me. When I arrive they remember that I have been here before and ask how I am doing.
I would recommend this location of you are looking for a place to get your vehicle cleaned.

Full disclosure: it’s been at least two years since I’ve used this car wash because I’ve been going to another full-​service one (Fairway Carwash), since it’s closer to my home). After a recent string of bad experiences with Fairway, I decided to give these folks a shot. To say I was very happy with my car wash is an understatement. I invested in their basic package and even at that price point, their attention to detail was impressive! Suffice it to say, from the initial greeting by the wash attendant, to the young lady who processed my sale and finally to the drying attendants, this team gets customer service and I will be returning. One final point: do know they take their time while finishing up so if you’re in a hurry (say, 10 mins or less), you may be challenged. However, the extra time will be worth it with the finished product.

Came here for a desperately needed car wash. It was beautiful on Saturday so I was happy to see some outdoor seating while we waited. He said it was going to take half an hour so we grab some food nearby and then came outside and sat on the bench. I realized I needed to go pay so I walked inside instead at the register. There was no one behind the counter but they were three employees around. One walked out of her office and walked right past me to get something out of the snack machine and walked right back. She did not say one word. I finally asked another customer who was also waiting where the cashier was and he said she had stepped away several minutes ago and had not returned. A third customer came and stood behind me. All the while the woman behind the desk who could clearly see us said nothing nor did nothing. Finally one of the customers walked into her office and asked if she would be able to assist us and so she did. There was no greeting nor thank you. The lack of customer service was awful and is enough for me to never return. The car wash was decent but the inside cleaning was not as good as the outside. I’ve been to better carwashes and there’s no reason to turn with that kind of poor customer service.

If you have a nice car/​expensive or exotic don’t take it to squeaky clean. I just took my bmw 435i in alpine white. Well where to begin, I requested a hand wash, I got exactly that. The same rags used to clean my rims were used to clean my car, and for drying they used mesh cloth which ended up scratching the surface of my car. Now I’m having a mobile car detailed to come out and fix it. So do your self a favor and never get it washed there… I’m very angry about my car.:. Dirty rags used, my rims are still dirty and weren’t clean properly. Break dust is still stuck on my rims, exterior got swirl marks. I mean I don’t even know how to end this review if I could give it a 0 star I would. Please please car guys don’t take your car there no shine on rims nothing.
Thanks for the terrible car wash that now I have to pay to fix. Oh and they have women and little girls working on your car drying it and cleaning… Don’t do it… They have no clue what they’re doing. And they are just ghetto. By all means take your beat up car over there I’m sure it will be fine. But if you have a nice car and you care about it don’t even think about taking it there.

I usually just do the Silver car wash which is good. This visit I ordered the high speed buffing/​polish and seal. Had a few questions on part of the service and the owner was very responsive. The end result was better than I expected, with very good attention to detail. Would recommend!

The staff at Squeaky’s is awesome they always take care of our vehicles inside and out and when I need a minor repair Beau takes excellent care of us. I highly recommend this place.

They are ok doing their job.

Just moved from out of state and this was the first time I have had my car wash since moving here. (2 months). They did an incredible job and my car looks practically new. Will be a repeat customer. Also — major props to the staff who were courteous and friendly.

Be sure to get here early, it fills up fast. Excellent customer service!
