We were in town visiting my In laws and my son had a fever, yellow discharge from his eyes and was acting abnormally. As a concerned parent I brought him into the clinic. The front office and nurse were welcoming and attentive. The doctor looked at me and said you must be a first time mom, all of this is nothing. She looked in his ears and throat for less than 1 second and dismissed my concerns because I was overly worried as a first time mom. I followed up with our doctor at home the next day and he had a double ear infection and sinus infection. I felt as though I wasted my time, my money and most importantly the health and safety of my son was trivialized. I will not be back.

My daughter had a very high fever so we took her to the Suwanee location. We walked in and the receptionist was on her cell phone on a personal call and did not hang up to assist us. Instead, she continued to talk while handing us the paperwork we needed to fill out. The nurse was awesome, she was very attentive and helpful, 5 stars for her. Not a lot of confidence in the doctor. Once the strep test came back negative I felt like he didn’t know what to do next. He said they did not have the necessary equipment to run additional tests on my daughter and if her fever didn’t go down to take her to Scottish Rite. Very disappointed, we will not be going back.
