I have been a patient of John’s Creek Primary Care for several years. I really appreciate that my appointments have always been kept on time and the staff is efficient. There has never been a case where I was stranded in the waiting room or exam room. Everyone I have dealt with at Johns Creek Primary Care have been professional and courteous. I do not hesitate in recommending Johns Creek Primary Care to my friends and neighbors.

The staff and Physician have done a wonderful job taking care of me and my many needs, request. They have taken the time to explain (in terms I can understand) what is going on with my health. They have clear instructions to follow when given (Doctors orders) to follow at home. They listen. I know, but my Doctor really listens to me, no snap decision, or quick diagnosis, they all listen.

Love the staff and doctors here. Everyone is kind and supportive. Appointments are on time and I’ve never been stuck in a room and felt like I was forgotten. Dr. Conlin is my physician, and I highly recommend him, and this practice.

I have been coming and seeing Dr. Herman for about 5 years and I can testify, this is an excellent facility. Doc stays on my case and is up-​to-​date on all my concerns — it’s almost annoying. The young ladies in reception are always pleasant and professional. The facility is current and most procedures and diagnostic measures are performed in-​house. I can’t write enough good things about this place!

I am so disappointed that JCPC is no longer in my network of doctors. They are very professional, helpful and professional. I have seen Pam Watson and Dr. Conlin. I was recommended to see Dr. Herman by a friend who loves him. But I needed to get in rather quickly so I made the appointmen with Pam. She is very thorough and professional. Dr. Conlin is very focused and concerned. I saw both of them for nearly 5 years. I will miss them.

I have been Dr. Herman’s patient since he opened his practice 11 years ago. He has seen me through high blood pressure, several flus, 22 physicals, 2 colonoscopies, diabetes, fatty liver disease, 2 kidney stones attacks, critically low hemoglobin, and a gastric bypass. Except for being a Bulldawg fan (I went to Tech), I think the world of him. He is a great listener, an expect diagnostician, a caring human being, and a big believer in preventative medicine. Under his care and direction, I am an ex-​diabetic, have b/​p of 110/​52, have lost 67 pounds (and counting), have a combined cholestrol of 72, and a biological age of 45 vs. my calendar age of 61. Dr. Lee, you are my hero!
