Normally Jimmy’s is Johnny on the spot… Not today. Club tuna didn’t have its normally good flavor and I actually had to wait on my sandwich. Lol I’m talking five minutes with two guys in front of me. Maybe the sandwich maker was a trainee. However, still a solid sandwich for the money.

My office ordered 2 sandwiches that we’re over $ 10 piece and instead of freaky fast delivery(that has happened in the past) our sandwiches went MIA. After an hour we called to get the ETA. The gal answering the phone proceeds to place us on hold for 7 minutes before returning to the line. When ask about our delivery she tells us how sorry she is and that she’s alone working Friday lunch. Really? Poor management! She assured us our sandwiches were on the way and said our cards would be refunded. We gathered some singles to tip the driver and his attitude stunk. He asked 2 times why we weren’t paying. Took the tip and left. Then our sandwiches which called for no mayo had extra mayo and couldn’t be eaten. By Monday our money still hasn’t been returned, not so freaky fast when you’re in the wrong Jimmy.

Service is second to none! Not realizing that they closed at 9:00, I placed an online delivery order for one sandwich at 9:00 pm. After I submitted the order, I immediately called to cancel my order, feeling bad that I was holding them up for closing for just one sandwich. The employee that answered the phone told me that there was no need to cancel my order and that they just saw it pop up in their end. Again I offered to cancel it, but he insisted that they would deliver it and that they were happy for my order. 14 minutes later I order arrived. Kevin Harvick Freaky Fast! I apologized to the delivery man too, but he said it was not a problem and that he was happy to do it.

Got the JJ Gargantuan sub. I have to say there was a lot of meat in this sandwich. As for the taste it was average. The dressing was very oily and the bread was not that fresh. I prefer Lenny’s especially there chili hot sauce.

Okay but wasn’t overly blown away especially after all the hype I have heard about this place. Average sandwich.

So, I don’t eat lunch out very often, but when I do I love a nice salad or sandwich. I do expect it to be fresh, tasty and fast. I don’t however, expect to pay $ 10 for it, nor do I expect them to get a three item order wrong. I really wanted that pickle! One star for fast, one for fresh. Guess I’ll stick with my normal sandwich spot.

I can’t really say anything bad. I go here quite often. I always end up getting the beach club with extra pep. They are freaky fast and freaking consistent on what I order. It is near my work and it is quick enough and healthy enough for me when I can’t make up my mind.

Been visiting this location since it opened and was surprised how the quantity of meat on a #12 beach club had gone down. Lots of bread and fresh toppings but just 2 thin slices of meat on an 8-inch sandwich. Not even enough to taste. I’m extremely disappointed with this particular sandwich.

This Jimmy Johns is 3 miles away from my house… When I called for delivery this was our conversation, «sorry we don’t deliver that far out»… Really? You’re 3 miles away!!! We stop delivery at Mathis Airport That’s the road next to mine Yep, we don’t deliver that far. Sorry Jimmy John’s we LOVE subs and dine in at your location often, but you just lost ANOTHER customer.

This Jimmy John’s lives up to it’s slogan«sub so fast you’ll freak». They are very efficient at moving the line during peak times. This location can get crowded. If you chose to stay and eat your meal, there are 3 high tops, a few booths, and two top low tables. When the weather is nice, they also have a few tables setup outside as well. One wouldn’t think it, but you can eat gluten free here thanks to the unwhich, a sandwich substituting lettuce as bread. Like many restaurants, the risk for cross contamination can be high, but reduced if you inform them of allergies ahead of time. I would also recommend for those who have to follow a GF diet to request that their meal be made on a paper and not touch the cutting board and have the sandwich maker change their gloves. Also, I would be cautious with the toppings i.e. mayo because of how they use the utensils when spreading it onto the bread and then sticking it back into the mayo container. To be on the safe side, it would just ask for packets of mayo. The workers were great about handling my requests and it was nice to enjoy a quick cheap gf meal which can be extremely hard to find.

Went there for lunch today. We ordered two Vito’s and water to drink. $ 10.38 including tax. The subs were made really fast and were decent. Will I go back… yes.

This location frequently makes mistakes getting your sandwich right, but here was the last straw. Ordering for my family, I asked for some sauce(vinaigrette) on the side, instead of on the sandwich, but they refused. what’s so hard about that? they can keep it –because we are never going back there.

This location is so fast it’s scary. :-) seriously though, I’ve never had much of a wait here and they always get my order right. I love Jimmy John’s abc remember ordering from them my freshman year at Michigan State. They always included a condom inside the bag with the sub. Always thinking of the kids. Lol

The mgr took my order wrong and it was missing items and had things on it that I couldn’t eat and allergic to and the mgr wasn’t helpful at accomodating me. He said he would bring my some dry cucumbers but wouldn’t redo sandwhich knowing that I can’t eat mayo and the sandwhich was drenched in it. I order from them about three times a week and was very disappointed on the service. Me or my company refuse to order from them every again. If you want to go somewhere where they could care less about their customers well that’s the place for you. VERYDISAPPOINTEDEX-CUSTOMER!

I’m surprised I didn’t like this sub shop knowing I like most sandwich places. FOOD: I got the Vito 8″ sub which is the original Italian sub with genoa salami, provolone, capicola, onion, lettuce, tomato & a real tasty Italian vinaigrette. Of course I ordered mine without cheese and viaigrette. Surprisingly it came with both. I guess they didn’t hear my order correctly. The lettuce was wilted and old, not very tasty. The only thing that made it edible was the tasty French bread it came on.

I really enjoyed their Italian sub. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. I’ll be back.
