Cowart Tree Removal

The owner of this company Mr. Tom Cowart was removing a tree in our neighborhood. I asked him to stop by the next day to give me a quote to remove two trees that were in the way of sight at the end of the driveway. One was hit with lightning and was dead). The utility company was to remove the larger second tree as it was leaning towards the street with potential fall on the line and perhaps knock out a huge transformer. They came when called, removed a dead tree across the street and left. Tom came and gave me a quote which was almost half of what other «experts» wanted.
Upon agreeing on the cost, he showed up personally with 5 other guys including his two sons, a grand son and two more employees.
They promised to be at our place at 8:00 Am – they were there promptly. By the time I finished my morning coffee and shower, they had already removed not only the two trees that we had discussed, but also a dead pine tree which he had pointed out the previous day — for free!
This company is extremely professional. They bring all their equipments including powerful chain saws, wood chipper, fairly good sized bull dozer, all the cleaning equipments etc. Once the job was completed, the entire area was swept, cleaned of all debris all the leaves were picked up along with small and large branches and the entire area was spotless.
Given the fact one rarely sees such an efficient company which not only gets the job done right, on time and with extreme courtesy, I recommend them very highly to anyone who wants tree service done.
By the way when they were working I overheard a phone conversation. Apparently a very large tree had fallen on a home due to heavy rains the previous day in the nearby town. Tom was consoling the owner and promised to attend to it the same day and get the job done… quality of a good honest person.
