Least favorite CFA went through the drive through at 1:00p and the lady taking my order seemed to be clueless. The guy who took my payment seemed in friendly and annoyed. While I was waiting for my food I had to listen to an employee «why am I gross» «what makes me gross» conversation to another employee??? Then I get my food with like 15 sauce packets thrown on top of my kids meal and the «gross» kid is like HEREs your food ma’am and shoves it my way. Then I start to drive and remember I didn’t get my drinks and I say I need drinks and their like oh what did you have.
Certainly not the level of service I’m used to at chickfila I will definitely not be going back to this one.

Absolute worst Chick Fil A I have been to. I will go out of the way to avoid it. Poorly managed and operated by children during busy times. My last visit I waited over twenty minutes for my food. It was cold and nuggets were tough. I have complained to corporate but nothing has changed. The chick fil a at The Collection at Forsyth is much better as is the Peachtree Industrial location in Duluth.

Consistently great fast food. I know that’s like an oxymoron but as far as fast food goes, Chick-​fil-​a has got it dialed in. I’ve never in the 9 years I’ve lived in johns creek had a bad experience at this location (or any other that I can think of). It irritates me when I see one star reviews because some Unilocaler out there doesn’t know how to critique a restaurant. By God four teenagers were standing around and they had to wait s minute to place their order… Let’s give them one star. That will show them… NOT! Get with it. Service is only part of the star rating. How was the food? Cleanliness? Experience? Service? Now that I’m done with my rant. Food is great for what it is. Quality soups, salads, milkshakes etc…
My chicken breast looked like it had another little breast growing off of it. Awesome!

Great chicken sandwiches, $/​4pricewise, Service is exceptional as always I don’t know how in the world they do their interview process or training but everyone who works there seem to really enjoy being there and are so clean cut and pleasant. The place is always clean and condiments are always filled up and easy to get, quick service too and the food is a healthier alternative for fast food.
Usually have the chick fil a deluxe sandwich– so good, vanilla milkshake-​real milk ice cream good, chicken salad sandwich-​ahh yummy, kids grilled chick strips– not to my child’s liking it’s too much I pepper or seasoning to their liking.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back

Went through drive thru and they forgot cheese, wrong drink and stale bread. I wouldn’t expect such poor quality at a Chick-​filet

Kids playground is outdated and outside. Summer and winter are out of the question. Kind off small inside as well. They don’t do curbside service on busy lunch days but otherwise staff is very friendly and helpful. Great food as all of them.

Worst service. How can there be four teenagers behind the counter, no one taking orders and yet I’m invisible? The food was good, as with all chick-fil-a’s, but doesn’t do any good if you can’t place an order.

Worst Chick-​Fil-​A experience ever. We got in the dual drive-​thru line at 11:01 on a Saturday and reached the order box at 11:05. «Can we get two chicken biscuits?» «I’m sorry, sir. We stopped serving breakfast at 11:00.»
Wait, what? You can’t make an exception only five minutes after 11:00? And really, like you don’t have extra biscuits sitting back there that you’re just going to trash? But fine. We will settle for two 12-​packs of nuggets and a small fry.
TEN MINUTES later, we finally reach the window. «Sir, could you please pull into the courtesy spot to wait for your nuggets?» Are you serious? We ordered the easiest thing you can throw in a bag, and it’s not ready ten minutes after ordering? You stopped serving breakfast just 15 minutes ago but you already don’t have enough nuggets to fill a lunch order?
We finally get our stupid nuggets and my husband’s are cold while mine were burn-​your-​tongue-​off hot. Terrible service, and they have an 87 health score. We won’t be back.

Worst service I’ve ever seen at a chik fil a. All teenagers too interested in friends and getting dressed behind the counter to address customers. Need adult supervision!

SO GOOOOD! I love Chick-​Fil-​A, but I deducted one star b/​c they messed up on my order. Sad. Other than that, the order was made quickly!

I’ve always found this location to be super busy, but the line moves so quickly. Just double-​check your order because they tend to forget things quite often.

This Chick-​Fil-​A is right by my work so I’ll swing by here every once in awhile. The staff here is super friendly. I’ve eaten here during lunch a few times and noticed that they’ll come around and ask if there’s anything that you need. You don’t ever see that at fast food restaurants! Sometimes their manager even drops off coupons for us which is a nice perk!

I rarely eat fast food these days, but sometimes I need to be quick. Chickfila — easy choice, right?
Problem with this Chick-​Fil-​A is the past 2 of 2 times I went through the drive through they left the cheese and bacon off of my Chargrilled Chicken Club. Of course I didn’t realize this until I was back at my office. It happens, but dang. I need my pork, yo.

Chick-​Fil-​A is by far my favorite fast food joint… I love their chicken sandwiches…
They were recently rated as the most health option for fast food so you can eat fairly clean!
The fact that they also serve Diet Dr. Pepper gets huge points in my book.
