Ben-Son Glass & Mirror

I’ve used Benson three times for auto glass (once for a Jeep YJ windshield, once for a Ford Explorer windshield, and once for a windshield for my Tahoe). All three times I was very satisfied with the work and price. Recently I’ve had them do glass tops for new TV stands I purchased, as well as glass for a new bedroom suite. I’m not sure what the one guy is talking about, I found them to be very professional and easy to work with.

We called mid-​afternoon and they sent someone to our home right away! They were really quick to give us a quote which was great for us!

Second time we’ve used their services. First time we ordered 2 small pieces of tempered glass. Product looked great and price reasonable so I’m currently picking up our second order. Unfortunately no one is here to give me my order. We ran into this the first time around and knew to call ahead… seems like there maybe only 1 person running the show in the suwanee location so I understand it if they have to make an emergency visit for someone’s window, etc. but my wife called earlier and was assured that someone was available at after 11 and it is 2 now. If they knew someone was going to pick up an order maybe a courtesy call would have been appropriate? I called their other location and now I have to wait in the parking lot for another…30 mins (been here 15). And while I was on the phone with the other location I wanted to ask 1 more question…“will he be out later in the day as well so I can just come back and have someone be available here”…well I never got to ask my question bc he hung up on me. 45 mins was not convenient for me but closer to 5 was. He did sound like he was busy as his answers were short but really that just annoyed me. I don’t need an apology for wasting my time but wait til I’m done with the call. 5 stars product, 3 star service…4 star total.
Edit: the guy showed up, really nice… offered tabs for the table top… helped move the glass into the car. They get 4 stars.
