Did a great job! Showed up on the right day, identified the problem, fixed it, then lubed the treadmill and tested twice to make sure everything worked — all in about 15 – 20 minutes. The *only* ding against them would be that they didn’t call to remind me before coming, but that’s extremely minor. Outstanding all around.
