Dan Julien has a long history of creating lasting business relationships as a construction manager, contractor, and drafter.

Building on this history has led to successful partnerships with some of the biggest retailers to quickly and efficiently complete projects, obtain and submit permits, facilitate and lead pre-​construction and pre-​bid walks, and provide third party inspection services for all stages of construction and ADA standards.
