I am a Business and Life Coach. I help those professionals who have their life together yet still want more answers, clarity and perspective.

As a Coach, I help people who are generally functional and even successful in their lives yet are still not meeting their full potential — or they find their goals are just barely out of reach. Therapy, on the other hand, is intended to relieve or heal a named mental disorder or debilitating psychological dysfunction through medical or psychiatric applications.

‘The client has all the answers’ is the premise of Coaching. As the Coach, it is my role to actuate and elicit the client’s «inner knowing». Consultants, on the other hand, simply deliver the solutions.

History

Established in 2005.

As a Business Consultant in the Sacramento area, I was employed to provide answers. I did that, however in most cases, I also found myself working with the client on their personal beliefs, habits and life balance. Hence, my Coaching career was born. I am still occasionally employed on Consulting projects, however Coaching is my passion.

Business Owner

On his 18^th birthday, Mike enlisted in the USMC. After boot camp, he graduated from the military’s Public Relations and Journalism school.

In college, Mike continued with the Marine Reserves and played intercollegiate soccer while working. He graduated with a degree in Communications.

Despite a Managers background, Mike considered a career in Journalism or Law Enforcement, however took a job with a renowned Insurance Company instead. After 2 years in various Claims jobs, Mike landed a coveted Sales position. Quickly, he became one of the top producers, consistently finding himself in the himself in the top 10 and even top 5 percent.

Despite the accolades, Mike was looking for more — so he began Business Coaching in his free time. This became his passion so he took an early retirement. Mike then served as a homemaker, journalist, school teacher and athletic coach. He continued his Coaching underwent two challenging mentorships and earned 2 Professional Coaching Certifications.
