Unified Services Inc. provides full service accounting, payroll, tax preparation, and employee leasing for small businesses and individuals. We offer consulting services to new business start-​ups, existing businesses seeking growth in their market, and businesses seeking acquisitions and mergers. We also offer insurance consulting services to clients that are interested in residential and commercial investments and finance. History

Established in 1990.

Unified Services Inc was started in October of 1990. Co-​founded by Mr. Letcher and two other gentlemen, who later on sold their respective interest to Mr. Letcher, at the time was formed as a PEO, and its primary objective was to sell health insurance to the employees of the client companies. However, in the beginning it was a very slow process in acquiring new clients, being ourselves a new start company with no credibility to be offered. Yet, here we are today, with numerous clients and a hundred plus leased employees.

Mr. Letcher is a tax accountant in private practice and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (Enrolled Agent/​EA) and is a Registered Financial Consultant serving both individual and corporate clients. He is a co-​founder of Unified Services I, Inc. a Professional Employer Organization and is one of the largest employers in the City of Surprise; he has served as the Board Chairman and CEO since its inception. He also is the founder of Unified Services Inc. an accounting, payroll and tax preparation service, serving numerous clients throughout Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. As one of the two co-​founders of Sage Academy Charter School, he has served as the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Administrator. Sage Academy was granted its Charter Contract in December of 2006 by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. He is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the NAEA and the IARFC.
