Carpet shopping for mom. We were able to get a accurate quote in store. The only additional costs would be large room seems, extra ordinary or over sized furniture, or if tile if the floor was cracked and not level. The quote after measuring at home is the quote just like anywhere else with the same exceptions.

I wish I had looked at Unilocal before wasting hours with this business! Our problem was they did not disclose all of the costs. Upon reviewing the contract there were additional charges that were not disclosed when we initially met with the salesman at the business location. And they REFUSED to delete the undisclosed charges! Of course, we did not agree & went elsewhere.
