First time buyers, military families, relocating families, and referred clients make up the majority of my clients and I love making it an enjoyable process for them all.

I am also very familiar with the new build process and assist many clients who realize the importance of having a professional REALTOR® on their side when dealing with a home builder.

History

Established in 2005.

After starting the process to purchase my own home for the first time I realized the level of service, information provided, and care were lacking from the agent I was working with at that time. This disappointment led me to doing research, speaking with family & friends about the situation, and then finally to begin my real estate career. Still a teenager I had a lot to overcome when others felt I was inexperienced or too young. Not many become a REALTOR® and buy their first home before age 20.

I spent several years in the beginning with large companies, successful mentors, training programs and worked on busy real estate teams. This helped me gain the knowledge and experience to be where I am today. Having seen the highs and lows of the market from starting out in 2005 brings even more to that level of experience.

I firmly believe in educating, sharing plenty of information, making myself available to answer the big or small questions, and providing guidance to my clients.

I feel like I’ve lived in Arizona my entire life because it’s most of what I can remember. I was born in California but my family moved to Glendale, AZ when I was still in elementary school. I attended school in Glendale /​Peoria and have enjoyed living in the west valley for many years.

My husband is an Air Force Veteran and we have two young children who keep us entertained. We currently live in Surprise. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with our children, watching movies, doing creative or craft projects, decorating, getting together with friends or neighbors, and of course being a REALTOR! :)
