Stoddart’s Lock And Safe

This company is a life saver! My cousin locked my keys in my car on Easter morning, horrible timing! I called this place and spoke with Scott he had someone out in about a hour. ON EASTER! If that’s not awesome customer service I don’t know what is. Thank you so much for the help!

I called Stoddard’s on Tuesday evening after my husband’s ignition on his 2005 Honda Civic started acting up. Scott answered and told me he’d have to run the situation by his tech, Terry, and would call back. He called me back within 15 minutes with a recommendation for us to try before we actually had someone come out. Unfortunately it didn’t work for us, however Terry was able to come out the next day. He called 30 minutes before arrival and was very prompt and professional. He tried multiple different things and spent quite a long time trying to get the ignition fixed, but it was beyond repair, which is no fault of his (Ended up being more a mechanical issue, which is beyond their expertise). Despite the fact that he had cut a new key and repinned the ignition, Terry only charged us for a service call since he wasn’t able to get the ignition fixed. While they weren’t able to fix the problem, I did appreciate the exceptional customer service and would definitely feel confident in recommending them to anyone needing a good locksmith.

Our locksmith was Scott and while we were visiting my wife’s relatives we lost our only set of car keys. The response time and communication from the company was the best I have ever used. The locksmith was early and was very professional and polite!

I had a great experience dealing with Stoddart’s. They answered my call promptly and gave me a quote over the phone. Terry came out to do the job and was the definition of professional. He gave me a heads up call before he came out and was understanding to the fact that I was working from home and it wouldn’t be too easy to communicate during the time he was there. He got straight to work and did a great job rekeying all my locks in my home. He even went above and beyond and switched a few knobs to different locations so they matched properly and had my nicer set moved from a door we don’t really use over to a door that get a lot of use and is seen more often (without me even asking). He was done in only 30 minutes and waited for me to test the locks before he left. I was provided with 4 keys at no extra charge. Also, to put the cherry on top he even added some additional discounts and charged me less than I was quoted! These guys are great. You can call around and I can tell you their prices are lower than the competition and the quality of work and professionalism was top notch. I would definitely recommend Stoddart’s.

I have used Stoddarts lock and safe for all of my locksmith needs since I moved to Arizona. The price is always fair and as quoted. I have referred them a couple times to friends and have always had a good response.

I called Stoddart’s lock and Safe for the first time on Christmas Day 10 years ago. Scott gave me a price range to get into my house. It was a strange situation but multiple locks were locked. My main concern was the top price because I thought that’s what the charge would end up being closer to. Scott was there sooner than he said opened a way we would have never thought of and charged less than his low price. Since then my family has used Stoddart’s Locksmith at all over our homes in Surprise, Goodyear and Sun City West. They always meet or exceed expectations. And Scott always knows about new things going on in the area.

I have now used Stoddart’s twice when needing their service to rekey and service my locks on my rental home. Both times they made it quick, easy, and no stress. Great service for a fair price. Wish every company could say the same.

I have used Stoddart’s lock for over 15 years they have always returned my calls. Unlike most locksmiths who if it isn’t an easy money maker they want nothing to do with it Scott at Stoddart’s will always give us a solution. Weather it’s something where he has to call the manufacturer or refer to a handyman or even another locksmith on some of the new chip keys. He’s also one of the only companies that doesn’t keep changing their name and actually attempts to help all customers. They don’t do drop off but he has referred is to retired guys who work out of their homes.

I couldn’t tell u if this company knows how to do their job, and the reason being he never called me back. My key broke off in my ignition in an older vehicle so I called them to see if they could help and when I called I got a voice mail so I left a message. He called me back in a few minutes and I explained my situation to which he said he would need to do some research and will call me back in a few minutes. A couple hours later I hadn’t heard back so I called, again got voice mail, and left a message. Never heard from him again. I guess business is so good that one customer just doesn’t matter. Sad really.

I called at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday about an issue I was having with an S&G lock on a safe. Scott asked my timeframe and indicate he’d not be able to come out immediately (he was the only one that did «safes») but gave me a great referral. He also gave me something to try first. I did what he said… sand the safe opened on the first try!

Locked my pregnant girlfriend and I out of are house last resort called a lock smith and couldn’t be happier with choice of company Scott was at are house within the hour and picked the lock in no time next time I lock us out Scott will be the first call!!!

I called these guys at the last minute after not being able to fix what turned out to be a frustrating issue with a door handle/​bolt. Terry was able to come to the house within 2 hours, he was professional, helpful, answered my «layman» questions and fixed the issue within a ½ hr, all for a very reasonable cost. Worked with Scott remotely to obtain some key blanks for keys that never had key blanks (manufactured for server racks). I had to send sample locks to Scott. Scott’s service was spectacular! In the end he got blanks that worked. Great service and great price!

Great service and great price. Our technician was Terry Richards who was knowledgable, helpful, friendly and professional. I was expecting to have to pay much more to change the locks in my recently purchased home in Sun City, but Terry suggested a way to do it more efficiently and cheaply. He walked all around and helped me understand the way an automatic garage door works as I’ve never had one. He helped whittle down the insane pile of keys to the storage cupboards in the garage. He helped me figure out how to make the sliding glass doors more safe. If you have a lock or key problem don’t hesitate to call Stoddarts Lock and Safe.
