The owner Jerri seemed to be really nice when I called to schedule my son’s Birthday party in March. On the day of the event, the generator did not work and only half of my combo jumper worked, which was the bounce house. The slide was not up at all until 2 and half hours after my party started. The installer Tim promised me that they’ll refund me $ 100 for the problem. But it never happened. I waited for two credit card billing cycle and finally called in May to see what happened to my credit. Jerri picked up the phone and promised me that she’d credit me back and I should see that on the next bill. It didn’t happen again. I tried to call in June, and she never picked up the phone when I called from home. Never responded to my messages either. I tried to call on my cell, the first time she picked up and put me on hold for more than 15 minutes. The second time she finally talked to me and she refused to credit to me and told me that she already mailed me a $ 100 coupon and that’s the only way she’d handle it. Then she hung up on me. Then a week passed, I haven’t even seen the coupon yet. What a terrible company, I want to let as many people as possible know that how bad they are.
