Fast & Friendly Car Wash

Wow. I can’t believe all the complaints. I have been here maybe 50 times since they have been open. Every time for the $ 3.00 «touch-​up». Never had a single problem and have found employees respectful and helpful. The water spotting is no better or worse than much more expensive places. If I want the cars perfect, I take them home and do the detail work myself.

This place was really good when it first opened. Seems now they have watered everything way down and sped up their process causing me to have to run thru the wash more than once usually.

Extremely unhappy that I have to dry my own car after getting the «managers special» car wash! Every other car that came out of there is dry… But not mine! I got handed a shammy to dry off my car just before I went in. What?! Car washes should include the drying of my vehicle! Worst car wash ever!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying. I thought this place was really cool my first time there I figured $ 24.95 not bad for unlimited car washes. Boy was I wrong. They kept charging me every 15 days $ 24.95 for the unlimited car washes. When I called I spoke to the manager which asked me to bring my bank statement to the car wash for them to confirm the charges. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Did you need my bank statement to charge me every 15 days? Really, then the manager tells me they will keep my statement in the safe. That’s nice after every Tom, Dick and Harry can see my account number, address and business location.
I am telling you to avoid this place by all accounts. It’s not worth it. The carwash is subpar (water, water, very little soap). My car always has water spots and is never completely dried when I leave out.

It is not worth the risk! I have had my car washed there several times before and the washes were good but the last 2 times I felt were potential accidents waiting to happen.
The first time the truck in front of me decided to put on his brakes while in the wash, luckily there had been a good deal of space between us and he came to his senses it in time and let off the brake before my car was pulled into his.
The second time the wash was pretty much empty. No cars in front of me when I pulled in, but someone had come in right after me, for some reason the attendant let this second car pull in right behind me with very little space between us. It seemed like an unnecessary risk and I was little dismayed due my last experience there. There is no reason the attendant couldn’t just wait a bit and space us apart since there was no one but our 2 cars getting pulled through the wash.
I just can’t trust the system here, people are stupid and accidents can happen but
you should at least be able to count on the attendants to care enough to take that into account but they didn’t.

I went with my truck into the car wash and yes I got the cheap version. The young guy there said he was the shift lead and was a great guy. He did answer a couple of questions. This time however the wash didn’t do as it usually did but again I got the cheap car wash so maybe it was my fault. The vacuums were great and did its job very well. Again it was a good vacuum but I would say get more then the 3 dollar wash.

Yes when there are a lot more than normal, at times I do have to «pre wash» the bugs off my grill and bumper before coming here. But still for under $ 10 their wash & auto-​dry does a pretty daggum good job on my full size pick up and the vacuums are free. So outside of washing it at home (that’ll never happen especially during the summer) thi$ is an excellent alternative.

Car wash? More like water with an ounce of soap per ten gallons of water. Out here for work to wash my 2014 Hyundai Genisis. I just purchased the quick 5.99 car Asked the guy to spray it down as it is a dark car and he said «yea! Not on the $ 5.99 wash» didn’t know I had to spend a certain amount to prevent your car wash from scratching the paint on my car.
I wouldn’t spend more than a penny on this car wash. Completely rude. Probably mad his life is running a car wash.
I will be contacting the office that my receipt says change due and they did not return my change. It’s petty, I know but after the icing on cake was that I did not spend enough to get a pre-​rinse. This company will see that even Shell car washes pre-​rinse no matter what you spend!

I would like to say your mentality is that of a college kid owning a lemonade stand. Secondly, if I have a dusty dirty car, and your brushes, which look as if they are a polyester type fabric and you simply spray soap on the vehicle and keep water moving. The dirt and grime do not stick to the polyester brushes that your 1980’s car wash has.
As far as with any business, I’ve spent $ 6 at cobblestone many times and always get an air freshener, wet towel, and the front just spritzed with water. You are a joke. I am going to have my car detailed then I will be by your wash. Both with before and after photos. I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to show you the scratches that your car wash leaves. Keep up the terrible work and trying to expand your lemonade stand with customer service like that! You have to be the worst. I’ll be writing and filing a lengthy report with the BBB after your response. Good luck

Decent car wash Terrible customer service. After being rear ended in the car wash they wanted my insurance information. Which I didn’t give to them. After inspecting my truck and seeing no damage (had my trailer hitch in) I asked for a complimentary wash since this one didn’t finish properly. I drove out of the drying sequence so I wouldn’t get rammed again. And the representative started making excuses. So I said «so that’s a no?» And he then said ok. To top it all off he starts chewing me out for parking (after a collision) in their handicap spot… Wait really? Your more worried about were I parked (ever other spot was full by the way) rather than an accident.

The guy that helped me here yesterday seemed nice. nothing too crazy. I got the $ 10 wash and my car before entering was horribly dirty. After it was pretty spotless. Beats me trying to go out and wash it myself. Ain’t nobody got time fo dat.

So I’m thinking of canceling my membership here. The guys are creepy and my sticker never works so I have to wait in line for a helper. They say the same thing that I need a new sticker so I have to go into the office and get a new one. They say oh well give u a free wash. As if it’s really free… I have unlimited monthly washes so they are not doin me a favor. I just find it inconvenient. Also more than half of their vacuum hoses are broken.

So Fast! Not so friendly… but still a good deal on a partial do-​it-​yourself car wash. Vacuuming my own car isn’t so bad when the car wash does such a fantastic job of cleaning my filthy car!
This was not my first visit (I have come back multiple times because of how clean my car is when I leave this place). I cannot say the same for most car washes (even those where someone actually hand dries my car). I will definitely be back to keep my car looking good!

Yes it was at your car wash jeff and the manager was the one with white hairs. An older man but not over 55! He was very rude and unprofessional! It was around 15. I believe the actual price was 12.99. Total waste of money and should have got the 3.00

Thoughtful place to allow you to vacuum free, but the car wash does not do the best on my car, and my car doesn’t get that dirty.

I was excited when I saw this place. They had just opened up this type of car wash in Santee before I moved. I went with the $ 5.99 wash. You pull up, put your wheels in the track and then shift your car to neutral. You then sit back and enjoy the 3 – 5 minute wash. They have awesome free vacuums too. The attachments are really skinny so you can get into most places of your car. They even have upright floor mat holders so you can get those cleaned easily too. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the car wash still doesn’t get all the junk off your car. It gets most, but not all. For the $ 5.99 though, with free vacuum, this will be my car wash of choice going forward.

I like this place. Car wash options vary between $ 3 up to $ 15 (I usually chose the $ 3 or $ 6 options.) Using vacuums is free of charge and there’s no time limit. The only one thing that I don’t like is that after the wash I have to dry off my car (lots of water drops). In general: it’s a good place to wash your car and clean it inside.

Does a great job of cleaning your car. Free vacuums that work really well! Also free carpet mat cleaner & a vending machine with cleaning cloths for purchase!

This place is great for a mostly do-​it-​yourself carwash. Vacuums are strong and free. Car washes are generally pretty good for a machine wash.

The cameras posted were literally no help in this case. Upon review, the footage was not clear enough to make out who was at fault.
Good thing we have full coverage insurance. I would recommend you do too if you use this car wash, or others like it.

I paid for the $ 3.00 wash and was more than happy with what I paid for? Simple touch up wash for $ 3.00, better than getting a bucket of soap and washing the cars on the driveway in 100+ heat any day!
I purchased the $ 5.99 wash for my little commuter car and the $ 3.00 wash for my dirty diesel truck and guess what? Can’t tell the difference in wash, maybe more soap for the $ 5.99 wash?
However my truck had bird stuff, diesel fuel, tire dressing, dirt on it, dead bugs from a month, and it all came off. I can’t ask for much more than that? It dried it also with the air so from now on im $ 3.00 when I need an outside wash.
Its mostly automated, with only an employee directing you to get on the track to be pushed through the wash. It was fast, since I was there for only 5 minutes…
