Worst place I have ever been to. I was turned away while pregnant. Wouldn’t even look at me. I took my daughter there about a week ago as she said it hurt when she took a breath and was having a little bit of a hard time breathing. The lady instantly turned me away and said I needed to see my pediatrician. It was 6:15 they obviously we’re not open. I asked her if she could at least check her oxygen. She said sure and came to the window with the machine. Not asking her to sit down or anything. She then looked and me and said her oxygen level is below 90% and she needed to call an ambulance or I needed to take her to ER right away. At this point my daughter is crying as she was cared. I took her to the ER. Her oxygen level was at 100%. Had this place taken the time to look at her and get an accurate reading it would have avoided terrifying my daughter, myself and a hospital visit and bill. I feel like they are simply lazy and don’t want to take the time before closing to help a patient. Beyond disappointed with this place!!!

I came to Express Urgent Care about 10 minutes before they closed and they got me right in. They were professional, very nice, and it took less than 15 minutes. Very good — if I need an urgent care again I’ll be back!

Yesterday afternoon, my 9 year old was playing tag and ran into a pole and ended up with a huge knot on his head. I sent pics to grandma who is an RN and she said we’d better go to urgent care just to be safe. All the staff members at this urgent care location were super nice. One of the guys in the front even brought my son an ice pack, to replace our bag of frozen fruit, and an extra one to take home. The main doctor did a series of simple neurological questions and tests and determined my son was fine. They did mention they do not normally do more severe head injuries bc they do not have a cat scan machine. In and out in 90 min. It was $ 95 bc we don’t have insurance, but we took it off our health savings card. We have been here once before, last spring, and everyone was awesome then, too!

This place is not that great. Its hot and when the ac kicked in it went on for 2min will never come back here. i will tell people to steer clear of this place… to bad we need to give them a star in order to post a review.

My son was very sick. I checked in first thing Saturday morning. There was no wait. That was a plus when you have a 16 month old. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. Over all my experience was great. I hope I don’t have to return but if I do I will come here for all future visits when we can’t get into our regular doctor.

Brought my 2 year old in for respiratory infection. Staff was friendly and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Very clean and great hours 7am to 7pm 7 days a week.

I came with a throbbing headache that’s been going
for a while and after meeting with the staff was advised they could give me a shot to help with the pain. They gave me a shot
and went home. Next day I feel better and until now .
I’m going to see my PCM next weeks. Hope that
annoying pain would never come back …
Also few days later I had to bring my granddaughter
for high fever, They make my 5 year old granddaughter
comfortable to visit there office.
And all the STAFFS are amazingly friendly I know where I’m going if I need a urgent care along with my family. I do recommend them to my friends or
anyone that needs fast care.

We’ve taken our daughter to this urgent care three times now. She really loves it. We have seen John two times and the third visit was just a re-​wrap of a splint by one of the medical assistants (sorry, don’t remember her name). John and all the staff are just excellent with kids. Like the other reviewer said, John made my daughter laugh and feel comfortable. She really likes him and he gives her stickers, so how could you not like that? We had to have an x-​ray on one visit and the technician is just as good with kids, too. I think very highly of this business and I will definitely be returning to them for our urgent care needs. Their prices are super reasonable, too.
