I finally decided to try this Einstein Bros Bagels and I was impress on the service and the food. First time there I didn’t know the steps to order and pay but they walked me thru it and I been going back several times. All of the employees are friendly and very helpful. It is also a nice place to have a meal. I will be back and bring others.

Again they got our order wrong. If there is one thing that is guaranteed it is this place will get your order wrong 50% of the time. lol watch out.

Boring order, but was pretty sure I could rely on Einsteins for a decent plain bagel toasted with butter. Wrong! Got it at drive thru on the way to work so couldn’t complain. I would rate it as better than nothing. Barely toasted, butter haphazardly slapped on, and didn’t even completely melt. Wish Hot Bagel had a drive thru.

Been here couple times now. Bagels overcooked and flat. Only 12 bagels in my bakers dozen can’t they count. Corporate needs to get off their but and straighten this shop up.

Visiting family for a week and this was my go to breakfast spot. Wide variety of bagels and other assorted goodies. Place was inviting & clean. Service was quick and baked goods were delicious. I’ll return on my next trip to town.

Just got a toasted onion bagel with onion and chive schmere. It was a little burned, but tasted a lot burned. I’m sure they would have given me a new one if I would have brought it to their attention, but I didnt. Clean and nice environment, but I don’t think I’ll go back.

Blueberry bagel with blueberry schemere and a strawberry lemonade! Amazing! I stop here throughout the day several times a week and they never disappoint! Service is crazy fast in their drive thru and staff is always friendly, even at the un-godly 6am hour!!!

My family and I love Einstein Bagels. We have been going to the arrowhead location forever and love it. When we found out they were opening a location in Surprise we were thrilled since we live in Surprise. Unfortunately the store employees are extremely unorganized. They are always out of everything and they never ever have gotten our order right. We hoped they would get better in time but in fact they have gotten worse. The desperately need a strong manager to run things. We will be going back to the arrowhead location.

Just waited for 30 min for 2 bagels… Felt like we were irritating the person taking our order. Definitely not a people person. My husband and I love Einstein’s, but we might drive up to Arrowhead next time.

First time visiting this location despite living here nearly two years. Customer service was excellent by the two employees that helped us. We received our coffee and food very quickly; hot and fresh. Establishment was very clean. Will make it a point to go back more often!

This location just seems to always miss the mark. Easy stuff to get right, but they just lack that final quality control step. Usually a side is missing, or no utensils and napkins in the drive through, or under– toasted. Little things like that, but they leave a lasting impression(especially when you are in dire need of a fork or napkin in the car).

I like the brand, but this Einstein Bros Bagel shop was a disappointment today. First time at this location and maybe my last. The coffee is fine. Caramel Macchiato and it’s just as I expected, nice job. I also ordered the Classic Egg sandwich, plain bagel with bacon and cheddar. It was handed to me on a basket, and the top of one half had already fallen off and pieces of bacon were scattered as well. The eggs were lukewarm and the bacon was refrigerator cold! The cheese was colder. They were all out of plain bagels so I changed to a honey wheat. It wasn’t toasted right, it was chewy. Not a good breakfast sandwich at all. I’m giving 3 stars, but if rating just the bagel without the coffee, it would be only one star.

Horrible customer service in the drive thru two times now. You’d be embarrassed if you spoke to anyone like they do let alone it being a business.

Do not try the napa chicken bagel, should be called nappy chicken. They don’t give give a description of what is on the bagels. Maybe I should of asked but it’s my opinion that anything named prestigiously napa chicken should at least taste ok. I thought the pairing of an overly sweet Caramel sauce, onions and brie cheese was not at all tasty and prohibited my husband and I from finishing our 16.00 lunch.

My bagel was toasted but still chewy, and they smeared it too soon so that all my cream cheese slid off. Their iced green tea is awfully sweetened, and they don’t warn you of this beforehand. You should be able to sweeten your own tea, if you please.

Einstein has been a place I wanted to try, finally had the opportunity. Ordered a bacon and egg bagel sandwich. Wasn’t to bad, wished the bacon was more crispier. But other then that it was fine. Want to take the wife their and check it out more to see what they have to offer.

Friendly staff, but they think it’s okay to serve a burnt bagel. Check your order carefully or go to the other bagel shop next to the Starbucks that’s just yards to the south.

AMAZED that Surprise would finally catch up with the rest of the world and open up Einstein Bagels here! It so nice and clean. I haven’t seen any decline at Paradise Bakery just over the road, however not many people know these awesome guys are here. Once that happens, hold onto your bagels and lox! My only worry is that the little mom and pop bagel /deli literally 50 yards away will feel the pinch and close.(Next to Starbucks across from Bank of America) All and all. Check them out if you have never been!

My wish has come true! Not only is there now an Einstein Bros Bagels near my home, but it’s THEBEST Einstein’s I’ve possibly ever seen: D Nope, not even kidding! Here’s what I found: –Large building –Very organized ordering line –Well designated coffee/drink self serve station –LOTS of tables(seating for 6, 4, 2& single seating at a window bar) indoors –Covered patio outdoor seating –WiFi(& the connection is so cute, it’s titled BagelNet, lol) –Doggies are welcomed in the patio seating area! –Plenty of parking –Friendly staff –DRIVETHROUGH I found not a single negative thing :) I’ll have to keep coming back just to make sure ;)
