History

Established in 1995.

Working for the state agency of Division of Child Support Enforcement gave me the test of what it was like to help clients obtain the assistance with legal documents without the hassle of hiring an attorney and having to pay an outrageous amount to accomplish a mission. Some legal actions can easily be represented by the client and allowing someone like me assisting in the preparation of the documents. I started out helping friends, family and co-​workers but always knew this would be a dream, and finally the time, place and all the other variables fell into place and here I am today, blessed with the opportunity to assist other people who need court action but do not have a lot of money to spend on it to get the desired result!

Donna has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology; an Associates Degree in General Business with the concentrated core work in Paralegal.

I worked with the State of Child Support Enforcement for 5 years and worked my way from the bottom up to a case manager. From there I went over to Drug Enforcement where I worked for a period of 12 years.

Working in both of those places afforded me the knowledge, experience and exposure to be successful in helping people with their legal documents and needs.

I am not an attorney and can not give legal advice however,

I am certified with the State of Arizona State Bar. I am held to similar standards as Attorneys are held to which include confidentiality and keeping current on the laws and changes with the law.

I offer a friendly personality and a personal touch to all of my clients needs.

I’m glad I was able to re-​connect with Donna. She helped me about 6 – 7 years ago at her Surprise office with some family legal paper filings and was tremendous! Such a positive experience that now, 6 – 7 years later, I went searching for her and was able to find her and she just completed all the legal documents for my newly formed LLC. Price, expertise, professionalism and communication was A+++. I am not surprised that she now has offices not only in Surprise, but Chandler and the financial corridor at 24th St & Camelback, very convenient for us east valley folks. I highly recommend Donna and her staff!

Ms Donna is the hardest working person I know. She will move heaven and earth for her clients. I strongly would recommend anyone to her who needs help with any of the areas she provides in. She knows her stuff, and her experience shows it.

Not a positive experience at all, instead of her telling me she was inexperienced with the type of help I needed, she proceeded to work her way through it… which would have been fine if we weren’t not dealing with the LEGAL system.
In the end I had to have someone go over her work and do a complete redo — she charged me less because she felt bad for me having to pay twice for the same work which was nice of her. Everything turned out great in the end but it was only because I questioned her work and sought additional assistance on my part. I would never recommend the use her services to anyone.
If you check her profile she tells you what’s she good at Family services — while I can’t confirm that, if it were me I would only consider her for things of that nature and that nature only.

Donna has been the most helpful and amazing person during all of my legal battles. Dealing with my ex and all of this paperwork literally made me an emotional wreck. I have even called Donna crying and she helps me out every time. She is very honest and upfront. She can explain the whole process to you and if you choose not to have her file for you she can give you step by step directions and how to get it done right. Her prices are very affordable and well worth the money!
