I made the mistake of visiting this location(with an Appointment) on Football Sunday. The rep that helped me was in a «jersey» for football day and I felt that he wanted to take more time watching football than helping me. Also note that I had been working with Cameron regarding my phone and made an appt with him as instructed– I was not able to see Cameron as he had a customer and would be busy with that client for an hour. So why make apps with a rep(per their request) and you can’t see them. After spending time getting my phone transferred to my husband’s account I wanted to make sure that I would be an authorized user on the account. I was assured that I was. I did not feel that I was given any helpful information for my account, or any other options. that I might choose. Needless to say I was not happy with the customer service. The next day I visited the Scotsdale store to see if anyone could really explain to me my phone plan. Oh, surprise– I was not an authorized user on the account as the employee in Surprise location did not make that change as requested. I spoke with Alyssa who was excellent, she took the steps to get my account updated correctly and gave me explanations as to other options that I might choose. I ended up upgrading my phone and ordered the new IPhone 6 Plus and updated some of the options that were currently on my plan. If this had been done correctly in Surprise, I would have made all these changes, but I am glad that Alyssa in Scottsdale helped me as she deserves the credit.

I always experience great service here. Terry is great and always willing to help. Cameron was helping us out and had to refer us to the billing department via phone. I must say Cameron was super nice as well as apologetic due to the fact that the lady on the customer service line didn’t help at all on our bill. Jennifer Burris was rude and didn’t allow us to speak to a manager on the phone because we were overcharged. Very disappointed in Jennifer Burris, customer service representative on the att phone.

This place sucks. I called on my way to this store to buy a new iPhone 5s for my son, and they said they had one left. Within 5 – 10 minutes I was there. After waiting for help the girl says we don’t have any. Total waste of my time.

I’ve been to this store several times and have always had a decent experience. My most recent experience was to purchase a new SIM card as i was inheriting my husband’s iPhone 5 when he upgraded to the 5S. I was upgrading from the 4S. Terry was very helpful and it was no charge!

Emily was beyond rude and had no interest in helping me Purchase a phone. I walked into this store excited to purchase my first iPhone and set up with AT&T, but received nothing but a bad attitude by an employee who obviously doesn’t like their job. The lack of customer service I received made me uneasy so I decided to leave and set up service elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location I would rather drive out of my way and be treated with respect than to be subject to the treatment I received here again.

Let you know right away! I have never been fond of AT&T!!! So this review may be bias!!! We have been here about four times, actually as I am writing this review! My wife is there now replacing her phone. Service can be tough at times! My biggest problem is you can call AT&T and talk to them on the phone, when you get to a location. They don’t offer you the same deals! Always some excuses! Always want to sell you something you don’t need. Wife goes there now without me, because I won’t take their crap. When I have a chance to opt out of their, I’m gone!!!
