I really don’t know where to begin. My boyfriend worked for this company 3 plus years. He’s seen alot but he reached his breaking point month or so ago. If anyone knows the heat here in Arizona is outrageous in the summer. Temp reaching 115 at times. So working outside can be miserable. Even worse is being around a pool where the sun just radiates off the water reflecting back into you making it feel worse. The only break these guys get is driving to there next pool, in your truck with the ac blasting on you. Well that’s if you have Ac. I noticed my boyfriend coming home everyday exhausted more then usual, beat red and not feeling good. He mentioned to me that he has no ac in his truck. Well the ac works but blows hot air. He drove around like this for weeks. He told sue (boss) that he needed it replaced. Well nothing was done. One day he called her saying he couldn’t work like this anymore and that it was starting to affect him. He told her that he would do as many pools as he could but if he started to feel sick he was going to stop and go home. The text she replied to him was «either roll ur windows down or just go home.» WOW. You have got to be kidding me. Your associate is risking his health for your company and you guys could give a shit. Lord knows if I had taken him to the doctors what they would have said. That would be considered a workers comp case that no business would want. Thankfully a great coworker decided to pick him up in his truck (with ac) and help him. A few days later we hear them talking shit from other employees how the boss (brian) was saying to another employee that my boyfriend was a complainer and that they didn’t want to have to spend the money on his ac because they needed new tires on some trucks. How sad is that. These are there vehicles that they have to keep serviced for there employees. We found out we are expecting a child so we decided that we needed to look for a better opportunity financially. A few weeks later my boyfriend was given a great opportunity with another company that he couldn’t turn down. My boyfriend went into work the next week to put his 2 weeks in. He askedThe boss (brian) what he needed to give to do so. Letter etc??? Brian told him just write me a letter of resignation. My boyfriend left he shop heading to his truck to load up and Brian stopped him shook his hand and said «will the company take you sooner? Good luck». He fired him right on the spot. All I can say is WOW. Think twice about working for this company. If they can treat there employees like this can you imagine how they value their customers.

Hayward Pools referred me to this company for warranty work. No one came to do an initial inspection just spoke with me on the phone and ordered the replacement part which took two weeks to come in. The tech finally came but did not replace the part. He stated my system was dirty. However I have regular pool service by a reputable company. Instead he charged me an $ 89 service call charge but did nothing. I emailed Adam who responded once. When I emailed back with some follow up questions he just refused to even respond. As far as he was concerned he was right and I was wrong so why even acknowledge the customer. Since then my system failed again and I found a reputable pool company to do the warranty work. However still out the $ 89 from AZ Mirage’s failed attempt.

We really can not say enough about these guys! Brian, Sue and Bryce are so helpful and knowledgable. We were totally screwed by the last guy and that was after 3 other guys miserably failed as well! These guys stepped up and made us believe in pool service again! They say they will be here, they are,; they say they will fix it, they do! This is our 2^nd home and we absolutely need to trust our service people and these guys have us as long as we own this house! Keep up the awesome work guys! Thanks for the good work!

Just a quick word, I ask alot of dumb questions and they have went out of there way to help. The owner even came out and taught me everything I would ever need to know about swimming pools

Brian and Sue Wright have the best team of employees. They are all very knowledgable and always professional. They go above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right the first time. I highly reccomend. Keep up the great work guys. Customer for life Christy Reekie

This company is despicable. While we were away for several months we depended on Arizona Mirage to take care of our pool so that our daughter would be able to enjoy it. She had told us the pool was cloudy and dirty looking, which we then told Arizona Mirage and they never addressed it until we came back into town. We were then charged for the pool to be drained and then filled as this was the only way to address the chemical imbalance. We were then asked if we wanted the pool filters cleaned, which we declined since we have always done it ourselves. When my husband cleaned the filters and resecured the cover, he noticed the gasket was stretched. The filter cover then exploded hit him in the head and cleared the fence, causing an emergency visit with 19 stitches, and later, a procedure to evacuate some fluid on his brain caused by the explosion. They are not taking any responsibility and are extremely defensive when approached about the technician opening the pool filter. How could they know the pool filter needed to be cleaned without having opened the cover? Rest assured we will never do business with them nor will anyone we know with a pool.

Finding a professional Pool company in the west valley proved to be quite the task. We needed some repairs to a leaking filtration system and most pool companies wouldn’t even return our phone calls. Some called back but would charge us a service charge just to come out and quote the work that needed to be done. ONLY one company came out and quoted the work at no charge to us. Then when the landlord chose to use another company to make the repairs and the repairs failed ONLY one company would come out to access the problem. That company is Arizona Mirage. I would ask anybody looking for a first class, professional pool service company to give Arizona Mirage a call. This is the BEST service I have received from any service based company since moving to the valley six years ago.
