Absolute Flowers

To sum up my experience in one word: Disappointing. I chose Absolute flowers over a bigger national brand to support a small business and also because the delivery address was right around the corner from the shop. Manny was helpful on the phone and promised delivery of the flowers for Sat. Well Saturday came and around 6:45pm when my friend had still not received the flowers I called the shop and left a message. I never heard back. Apparently the flowers were delivered to my friends work address the next day which was too bad because the occasion she was celebrating was on Saturday and she was not working on Sunday so she did not see them until Monday afternoon. I called Manny on Monday to find out what went wrong and why I was never contacted. He told me that the driver was unable to deliver the flowers because her place of business was closed (the hours are 10am — 8pm on a Saturday). I don’t know why they were not able to deliver flowers between that generous time slot but was honestly most upset that no one could call me to explain that they were not delivered. When I spoke with Manny he apologized and told me the driver did not have my number so he was not able to call me. He said he made the bouquet extra special because of his mistake. I am sure the flowers looked beautiful but I really wanted them delivered on the special day. I requested a refund of part of what I had paid and he said no. I can’t speak for the shop as I have never been there but would warn against calling in orders and expecting the courtesy of being told when your delivery was not completed as expected.

This florist is amazing! Having just moved from NYC and being new to the area, I went to the closest florist, which happened to be Absolute Flowers, to buy a bouquet of flowers for my mom’s birthday.
I can not believe what a beautiful bouquet the florist put together for me and for such a good price. The bouquet he put together would cost $ 100 minimum in NYC, but here it cost me $ 40!!! And besides that, you have to have good luck to find such a great florist with such class and style in NYC!
I’m pretty surprised that there were no other reviews for this florist online, but I will surely be coming back to this florist in the future and I can’t even imagine going to anyone else in Miami!
