Established in 1987.

Established in 1987 as a seasonal business, the Red Snapper Inn has grown from those humble beginnings to full year around service in 1991 and two expansions. Currently seating up to 150 during peak season, we cater to both tourists, outdoorsmen, beach combers, and businessmen from all over the world. Mentioned in several publications annually as serving some of the best seafood on the Texas coast.

Business Owner

Owner/​chef Lin Biar has been with the company since 1991, purchasing the establishment in 2007 from his partner Ivan Stathopoulos. Expanded services, menu items, and special events have been added since that date. Lin has an extensive background in food service and preparation having previously worked for Dodge City Steak House, Pearl’s Oyster Bar, Blue Bonnet Hills Inn, Biar BQ, Charlie’s Steakhouse, Monterey’s Tex Mex Café, and Stuart Anderson’s Cattle Company.
