History

Established in 2006.

We bought A Little Bite of Italy when it was just a deli with a great following. We have an Executive French Chef and Pastry Chef born, bred and classically trained in the Southwest of France, the gastronomy region of France. We have since added a restaurant to showcase our Chef’s Italian and French specialties & Desserts. We serve a 3 course prix fixe menu. In addition, we have added on premise catering in the restaurant, and provide catering off premise for private events and parties. Take out is also available.

Meet the Business Owner

Francis P.

Business Owner

Francis was born in France and is classically trained from schools in the Southwest of France. Chef did his pastry work in Bavaria. During school, he interned at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo with Alain Ducasse. Francis was the Executive Chef at the Hotel de Lourdes for 9 years. He has been in the states for 11 years. He first was the executive Chef at Macelleria in NYC, Sous Chef at Le Château, in North Salem, NY and lastly, Executive Chef at La Cote Basque, NYC. Chef’s specialties include Seafood, homemade pastas, foie gras and exotic meats.
