Worst store I’ve ever been to I stop by here to pick up a 12 pack and their system was down my card got declined and the lady criticize me for being poor or having a stolen card. I would never return.

I go here out of my own laziness when I go to Safeway… but its truly my last resort. A convenience store never a destination. Seemingly nice people running it, but ZERO awareness about the condition of the store: dusty and scummy are best words to describe the surfaces throughout(shelving/counters/floor). Then there are the open spaces all over the shelves because they don’t bother to move the inventory around so the shelves look full. And the signs are dysfunctional and unclear. Lastly, and this is why I’m writing this, today when I walked in the cashier was spacing out watching a zombie movie or show on television that was insanely loud and a turn off in terms of what you’d expect in a retail store in a nice neighborhood. But it was also symbolic of the laziness of the staff. I wanted to say: turn off the TV, roll up your sleeves and clean this place! Show your pride.

If you have any self respect, don’t walk into this sad, angry little store with the sad, angry little woman who throws customers’ cards down and slams receipts in the counter. This woman is one of the most nasty people to work behind the counter at any establishment. I believe there is another review here of a similar experience. Note to businesses: You depend on your customers. If you treat them like sh** and throw their payment and receipts around without any respect for that person, who is helping to KEEPYOUINBUSINESS, then you will soon be OUTOFBUSINESS. After repeatedly coming here, due to it being closest, I am now much happier to drive up one exit to shop at a legitimate establishment. DONOTGIVETHESENASTYPEOPLEYOURMONEYFORANYTHING. **Edit: I also called back to speak with the woman who was so rude to me. She immediately started yelling on the phone and hung up when I was only just starting to say, «…I was just in there, and I think that the way I was treated was very rude…» This is also not the first time I’ve been treated so rudely by this woman. It is almost every time, unless the son is there and he seems pleasant enough. Today was just the final straw, as I came in to make my purchase, handed her my card, and then she SLAMMED it on the counter and SLAMMED my receipt down too. Very abruptly, forcefully, and extremely rudely. I just can’t reiterate enough how important it is to respect your customers. These people should not own a business, or this woman should be made to never leave the house, for the benefit of all those she might encounter.

I live in the neighborhood and have been to this store several times. However sad to say that as of today, they have lost my business. I decided to get a bottle of Bacardi, then drove home and realized I already had one. I returned within 15 minutes. It was the same grouchy woman who had sold me the Bacardi. She was upset and started yelling ‘no returns’. I asked where it says so. Turns out it is a ‘no returns, only exchanges with receipt policy’ in small print posted on one of the walls. I fished through my purse and realized she had forgotten to give me a receipt. There was more yelling and I stormed out never to return again. Will be sure to drive the extra two miles to go to a friendlier store that is polite to their customers. It might be a locally owned family run business, but they’ve got to realize that if they piss their customers off they will cease to stay in business.

My favorite liquor store in town! RIght when you walk in, you can see nice wine racks set up in the middle of the floor with signs on top of wine rack to differentiate which type of wine it is. Store is very organized. They have a plethora of wine selections and beer for you to choose from and if it’s not in stock, they always offer to order whatever it is you desire. They’re very helpful, attentive, and knowledgable of the products. Staff is tremendously friendly, helpful and cheerful. My friends and I love coming here! This is def the to go place for every occasion. I always come here and stock up for BBQ’s, house parties, and dinners. Every time I cook dinner, I come in and ask for an opinion for which wine to pair with my food. The salesperson always makes excellent suggestions for wine to compliment my dinner meals. I always come here for the wonderful selections, but also for the stellar customer service. They always welcome me with a great smile and hello when I come in and I know I can count on finding my favorite wine/liquor here!

I live just down the street from this store. It’s a family owned store. The family is really friendly and alway smiling. They always give me a good vibe and that’s why my husband and I always come back. We like to support our community! They have a great selections of wines. They even carry some local wines and beers, so you should definitely check them out. They have sales and deals weekly that I always take advantage of. The prices are reasonable.

My young child and I popped in here after a quick trip to the Safeway next door; I’d never been there before so asked the older Vietnamese lady where to find X. she immediately started yelling, flailing her arms, and screaming English curse words at me, saying that I should know where to find everything and to leave her«the f*** alone!» As I immediately pushed my child out of the store she continued to yell, «get the f*** out of my store!» I was gobsmacked, as was my child; actually, he was scared. Turns out this crazy lady is the *owner*. We’ve never been back and are honestly shocked why it is still open for business. Shameful and a horrible representation of the warm, family-friendly community here in Superior. Instead, drive up the road to Superior Liquor Store(McCaslin + the 36). Larger store with superior selection and friendly, helpful staff.

If there were negative stars, I would rate this place a minus 5. Stopping by after work, my 10 year old daughter and I were verbally and aggressively attacked. Owner accused me of buying alcohol for my daughter. Said she knew my «type». Ummmm, I am a professional and business owner. It was a bottle of Pinot Noir to go with dinner… just what every 10 year old wants! Don’t walk, RUN from these crazy people.

Terrible selection; they didn’t carry a local mead made within 20 minutes of here. Owners/operators are rude as hell and not knowledgable about their own selection. Dirty place & smells weird. There are tons of empty spaces like they don’t restock or may be going out of business??? Also our party of three walked in to select $ 200 with of spirits and because one of us(not purchasing any alcohol) didn’t have ID they refused to sell to any of us; this place was sorry before that and maybe they’ve been in trouble selling to someone under age recently, but still– that was just the icing on their crap cake.

Locally owned non chain alcohol store. Wine selection isn’t fantastic and the top shelf bottles scared me as they don’t appear to be stored correctly. Dusty older looking bottles on well, a top shelf but you can’t convince me that they leave the AC on here 24 hours a day like climate control for a 10 year old cab has to be. Wine on average is about $ 1 — $ 3 a bottle more than the national average such as a Greg Norman Limestone Coast Australian Shiraz at $ 15 when it should be $ 12-$ 13, but maybe the people living in this boring as hell high tech IT town either have extra money to spend, or will just swallow it for a bottle of «forget where I live». Friendly family staff of Asians always grouped around the register area watching sports on a giant TV. I’ll give em 4 stars for the smiles and the fact that they carry some premium local craft beers from Longmont, like Old Chub and Mammas Lil Pils.
