This is my first time here and service is so bad here. The receptionist was very unprofessional and speak very poorly. I made an appointment for 1:30pm and I got there earlier since it was my first time. I got there at 12:50pm. After filling out papers which was like 2 mins only and then I sat down. They called me and I went to the front saying my appointment will be at 2 and I asked them why. They said the doctor will be going to lunch. Why didn’t they tell me when I was making appointment for 1:30 that the doctor was not going to be available. They were the one that told me the available time to see doctor was at 1:30 pm when I was making the appointment 2 weeks before my appointment. I told them they should have told me when I was making appointment and not when I am here. Now I have to wait longer than my schedule appointment and they try to make me feel like it was my mistake when it was not. They are also texting on their phone when i was in front of them and not paying attention. I will definitely not come back here again especially with this kind of service.

Both my mother and I see Dr. Li Vuy San. Very professional, efficient, and to the point. One time my mom had to see another gyno instead of Dr. Li. I believe she saw Dr. Lee Wai Kwan (the only other Li/​Lee gyno there) and this lady was horrible. Told my mom who was suddenly experiencing bleeding two years after menopause that there was nothing wrong with her, took no specimen sample from her and just gave her medication that did not provide any relief.
