After trying the over-​the-​counter treatment, I gave up. Elisa is mobile, I preferred to go to an actual location though. We met at a «lice salon» in HB. She was very friendly and professional. Made me feel at ease (I’m a serious germaphobe, so this lice thing has me buggin! pun intended. lol)
My daughter was entertained and sat still the whole time, which is an accomplishment.
We ended up spending $ 150, but it was worth every penny!
I freaked about 5 days later thinking I saw a bug, so of course I called Elisa.
She came to our house this time, checked my daughter and the rest of us. My daughter had nothing, thank goodness… false alarm!
Hope we NEVER have to deal with this again, but if we do… Elisa is on speed dial! :)

After having gone through childbirth, I come home from the hospital to discover I have head lice… not to mention I have a household of females ranging from 5 to 15. I was on a mission to get rid of it immediately, I did not try any over the counter products. I instead poured a bottle of rubbing alcohol on my head (a family member told me this works) please no one try this, please. Someone recommended Elisa with Terminitters I was a little reluctant but thought let me give it a try. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DECISION EVER MADE. I didn’t have time to do any of what they did for me, after my first visit I was LICE FREE and extremely happy. I have recommended her to a countless number of people including my family and friends.

Thank Goodness for this service! Elisa is knowledgable, sweet and absolutely a life saver and amazing. She made my daughter feel so much better after feeling like she had done something wrong by getting lice. Elisa constantly kept conversation with my daughter distracting her from the process and her products are organic and smell good, which are important to me. I was also very surprised and amazed at how reasonable the prices are. I will never again attempt to do this myself, as I had done in the past. I will always call on sweet Elisa to help me get the job done. Thank you! Thank you! So glad there are peole like Terminitters out there to help us moms and dads throught this processs and stay sane!

After learning that my daughter had lice I bought an over the counter product and began the process of washing, combing and de-​nitting her hair. After an hour of trying to get all the nits I was frustrated and blurry eyed. I called Elisa and she was able to come to our house within a couple of hours. Once there she checked all family members and treated those effected. Since our initial treatment two weeks ago, we have been lice and nit free. Earlier this week my daughters school thought they found a nit in her hair — Elisa was quick to come to our home again and check both my daughter and myself again. Excellent service. Highly recommend Terminitters!

If I could give Elisa with terminitters 10 stars I would! My only regret is that I didn’t call her sooner to rid my children of lice. I had struggled for weeks using every product in the drugstore without success. When I called Elisa I soon found out she too had been in my shoes and knew exactly what I was going through. After our first appointment my girls were lice free and I knew I had made the right decision in calling terminitters. For anyone who is hesitant to spend money on this service, I’m here to tell you this is the only way to go and I will be calling again if my children get head lice in the future.
