As the saying goes, I would have given ZERO STARS if it was possible. I’m not sure if this is even a real business because their website lists an email address and phone number. When you call, the recording tells you that if you leave a message that you will get a call back within 15 minutes. After 3 calls at least 3 hours apart, no return calls. I have also emailed with no reply. The only reason I’m even trying anymore is that my partner wants to check out the biggest outlet mall in America. The cab ride from South Beach will be over $ 100 each way-​which kinda kills any deal you can get. Answer your damn phone people.
