Nidia R.

Business Owner

Nidia is an independent tax advisor for private businesses, individuals and families. She specializes in accounting and taxes for legal entities such as Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations and C Corporations.

Nidia is an IRS Enrolled Agent, specializing in tax for small to medium sized businesses and individuals.

Nidia graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado in August of 1994.

Nidia establishes accounting process flows for small and large businesses using a variety of software including QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters and JD Edwards.

Nidia is the Editor of Using Financial Accounting Solutions Manual, which was nationally published in 1997.

Nidia began her career with Arthur Andersen in Denver as a Staff Accountant specializing in the development of accounting systems for large businesses. While at Arthur Andersen, Nidia traveled extensively to Central and South America to establish the accounting control processes for multi-​natio
