Great company! We called them on the 4th of July weekend because the pool pump died and we didn’t know the first thing about how to fix it/​what could be wrong. He made and appointment to come out the very next day and take a look at it. Another company told me that they were going to charge just to give us a quote but R. B was really great. They figured out that the timer had gone bad and were able to replace it on the spot. Mike also checked the chemicals out in the pool and found out that we were severely lacking (we just bought the house) and sent one of his people out the same day to service the pool. We decided to go with them for monthly maintenance. The person was just here to service the pool and he was so quiet even the dogs didn’t know he was out there! They are so friendly and willing (even happy!) to talk to you about the status of your pool and give you updates. I totally recommend them!

I highly recommend this family owned business. After two other companies misdiagnosed our problem (insisting it was the pool motor) and getting a thorough explanation from Mike over the phone of other possible problems decided to get a third quote/​diagnosis. Fred checked out our motor found a loose wire and bad capacitor. He was the only person that took the time to thoroughly inspect our motor and equipment. The other companies kept telling us it was the motor and never bothered to take the time necessary to find the actual problem. This honest company cares and wants to help their customers. Saved us hundreds of dollars! Definitely will use them again for any future pool issues.

So far, so good. Moved into a new home and Mike came over to give us a quote. His price was reasonable so I went with it. He took a lot of time to explain to me the condition of our newly acquired but badly neglected pool and what needed to be done to restore it to working condition.
Not sure how his prices compare, but I’m happy with his service and his work ethic so I can’t really complain.
