As a business owner in the area, I found a last mnute tire plug needed before I went on a long distance wedding set up. Went to several places and no one was able to help… drove over to Jacks and the owner pulled me in immediately and had a mechanic fix it. it was so small they had to really look closely to see where the screw had been… I was in and out in less than 20 minutes… and guess what… no charge just a «come back again’. You can believe I will… Jacks is a real car repair center in the heart of Sunrise!

JACK’S AUTO SERVICE CENTER is horrible. Being that I have lived in Sunrise, Florida for 35 years and my mechanic who I have used since then has retired and closed his business, I decided to go with Jack’s because they have been in business for as long as I can remember in Sunrise. I called him and told him I would be having AAA tow my daughter’s car to him and to call me once he has looked at it and has a price. He call me back and told me it was the fuel pump and it would cost $ 854.05 and if I didn’t want to put the fuel filter in it would cost $ 687.02. I decided to ask my boss where he took his vehicle and I got the name of a company «Mad Hatter» on Dixie HIghway in Pompano Beach. I called him. He told me around $ 350.00 for the whole job, including the fuel filter). It wound up costing $ 380.00, although we had a few additional things done to it, which were included in that price. JACK’S AUTO SERVICE CENTER IS A RIP-​OFF AND A THIEF. The difference between $ 854.05 and $ 350.00. $ 500.00 he was going to overcharge me. Unbelievable. Please let me know how this company stays in business.

I just got $ 170 for Channing my battery of my Ford Escape. They didn’t give me the price in the front, they got the battery changed and then charge me for the fact that I can’t change. It’s not mechanics that you can trust. They may get the skill to fix a car but no idea to run their business. YOU DON’T GROW YOUR BUSINESS BY SPOILiNG PEOPLE’S TRUST AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I took my car in there to fix got it back with the brakes not working. They claimed they had no clue how it happened. They didn’t tell me they were out until I tried to drive it and felt they were gone. They are not trustworthy at all.

This center is the best service center I have ever used. They are so honest that it is a pleasure to bring my car in to them. I would not bring my car to any other shop. Simply the best

Jacks is the best! Thet are fast, reliable & fair priced. Finally a car servi, e station you can trust to fix your car & fix ot right. The guys there are so personable & really take the time to explain everything. We have been taking our cars here for several yrs now for everything from oil changes to major engine, transmission & even air conditioning repair.
