Hurricane Grill & Wings

Made the mistake of coming here on Super Bowl Sunday. My son wanted boneless wings… guess what… they are out of them… manager said they did not order enough. Next out comes the food… wrong order… they brought garlic parmesan, nobody had ordered it. Get the right wings… omg they are still red inside! Sent them back… get the food order right… I step outside to smoke… next thing I know my date comes out to me and says the waitress says she just got fired and has to pay for our bill because of all the screw ups! Back inside, I say I’ll pay… date gets into it a little with manager, turns out waitress lied to us! Can’t make this stuff up… my date asks manager, what can you do to make this up to us? Manager says…“nothing, but here’s a $ 5 off for your next visit!” Right… like I’m ever coming back here!

The food is good, but don’t ever expect an order to be right. I have gotten takeout from this location 5 or 6 times and dined in at least twice. Never once has my order been right. Sides have been missing, wings have been missing, even when I check it before I leave, I find out the sauces are wrong. I have told the staff before and they just laugh. Tonight is my last experience with this place. After reading the rest of the reviews about service, i have no idea why we came back as many times as we did.

The service was absolute garbage. It took about 20 minutes for them to bring drinks out, another ten to come back and take the order, then the food took another 25 minutes to come out. After asking about the flavor scale, we ordered two orange and two red category flavors. Literally none of them had any spice whatsoever. Everything was bland and tasted the same and some of the wings were undercooked. Our drinks were mostly melted ice by the time they were brought to our tables. Everything was overpriced. The only good part of the meal was the garlic Parmesan fries, which you can get elsewhere.

3.5 this chain has been very consistent for us. Their wings are good, not the best but if your looking for some casual food in a fun environment with decent beers and cocktails this place satisfy a me.
This location is very convenient. Parking is no issue here and the few times we have popped in we had good service. I usually get the Parmesan fries which are quite tasty and they have an awesome cheese dip with their homemade chips which are very good.
The wings I get are the fire because the hot just is not hot enough for me. Last time I went I ordered all drums and they had just the right amount of hotness!
Cool place for wings, sandwiched or just to grab some beer. Glad this location is here.

Good for a chain place. The food is fair, the specials are decent. Bartender is friendly/​good and isn’t over antimidating like some places (Bryan I think?). The food also usually comes out hot which isn’t the case at a few places on Rt9…
Outdoor seating is very nice.

First time my fiancé and I tried this place out. We loved the food. I had the BBQ pork sliders and they were great! Good food, good prices and great services!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not eat here it’s a waste of time. $ 1 each wing? And the salads are getting smaller and smaller. I should’ve skipped this place and went to subway to get a salad made for half the price.

Jody and I went there last night on Halloween for dinner. we also had the Val-​Pak
coupon. We were given the menus and after only a minute or two the waiter asked if we were ready yet. We asked for a few more minutes and waited 15 minutes before he came back. First he took the beverage order, then after he came back asked if we were ready. I ordered for my dinner the Perfect Storm and Jody ordered the Ribs. Mine was very good I liked the fries and the shrimp but the fried pickle chips were to thin to taste anything. The chicken was gook and the Hot Teriyaki dipping sauce was great. The Garlic Parmesan shrimps were great as was the Grouper sliders we ordered. Jody enjoyed her ribs saying they were delicious. The only thing they missed was asking if we needed some Ketchup or Hot Sauce for the fries. Other wise the experience was good We might go back but we have had better.

Wings were very good. We got a sampler between two of us and it was definitely very good. The inside restaurant seemed to be a little hot so we sat outside. On Friday night they have $ 2 domestic drafts after 9PM which is definitely a plus.

Restaurant around the corner for wings and Thursday night football. Good bar food and attentive service. Very nice atmosphere. I’d like to see it more busy. C’mon people. Come out and support your local businesses!

Service! Sheesh c’mon people! Ordered boneless wings and fries, asked for the parmesan cheese fries and even repeated my order and know the woman said it back. Get home and got basic french fries. Pissed. They didnt charge me for the parm fries but thats what I ordered.
Want to call about it but not driving back and what can they do? Pay attention to detail. It matters.

Very nice ambiance. Waiter Marc was super chill and on point. The wings were delicious. Service and staff all around genuinely nice and happy

This was my first time at this restaurant at this location. I have been to the one in Coral springs/​parkland area and didn’t like it. But there are not alot of choices in our area so I decided to give this place a shot.
It was a pleasant small place with an out door section. Some confusion as to who was serving us but it got cleared up. Rich took care of us and was very nice. The manager came over and said hi asked how everything was (take note @quarterdeck manager –eyeroll-​)
House salad was good. Cheese steak sandwich good. Churasco steak was a little fatty and tough, little too much pepper for me, but hey, it was about what I expected.
Little flying bugs bothered me.
I will try again probably.

The food here seems better than the other locations, though the waiter service needs some work. We were part of a big party seated outside and our waitress wasn’t really attentive to everyone and was slow. To give her credit, she was the only waitress for a party of like 20 plus people.
We decided to order our food and drinks at the bar instead. On the plus side, the bartender was beast. She was serving customers at the bar, as well as preparing all the drink orders for the waiters. Thanks to her, we received our food faster than everybody else. We ordered the parmesan garlic and raspberry wings. I liked the parmesan garlic better. The raspberry wings weren’t as good as the ones in Landlubber’s.

Took a while to get noticed and be seated, but offered good service. Manager even came by for a chat. Cool guy. Yummy wings. Good drinks.

Finally a neighborhood restaurant for us locals!
I’ve been three times and had great service each time. We’ve been waiting for something like Hurricane to fill this spot forever. Welcome to the neighborhood Hurricane Grill & Wings !

While the wings were a decent size they were not what one would think of as jumbo. They were cooked just fine but we ordered 2 different flavors and there was virtually no difference. There was no BBQ in the Chipotle Raspberry BBQ and only a mild hint of chipotle. The Raspberry Ice was strictly raspberry all the way — not even a hint of horseradish to «come together» like it says on the website!
The Beach Burger sliders were cooked dry with the bun overpowering too little onion and too little sauce.
Lastly, the Housemade Kettle chips finish with a quite bitter aftertaste — we tossed them.
Since they just opened a few weeks ago we will try again in June…

Just another place for wings. Ordered a 20 piece platter.
Came with two very small sides, rubbery fries, thimble of Cole slaw.
Boneless wings, very salty and very small pieces. Breading generic. Tasted like prepared from a Costco bag.
Enclosed sauces: garlic Parmasean and garlic honey were watery and served on the side for dipping. Very uncreative.
$ 21 is overpriced. Competition KFC, a better deal with more breading little chicken.
