I had to rent my house for termites. They answered my cal and were quite attentive. They also tented the house exactly when they said they would. Termites are gone(I think). however… 1. They were supposed to provide me with special bags in which to place food stuffs. They never did. 2. They said they would first pump a noxious material through the house in order to get any animals living in attic to flee before tenting. 3. They never did pump that gas and consequently rat(s) died inside the walls once the termite-killing gassed was piped in. 4. I could smell the rat(s) and the company responded that they don’t have any procedures for that. 5. Now, I came home and had to deal with hundreds of maggots-turned-flies in the house. Thankfully they were mostly only in one tiny room. Suggestion: Make sure they follow through completely!

This business screwed me over for 5 years on a liquid treatment and supposed«warranty». For the total of 5 years, areas had to be treated and retreated for control of active nests of drywood termites. Never went more than a year without new nests popping out. There’s been lots of damage inside the home(baseboards) because of ineffective treatment. The«warranty», the manager at GF says, was written for LIQUIDTREATMENTAPPLICATIONONLY(though the same price as any service warranty)… and the technician who has serviced this account now says the problem cannot be controlled with liquid(and has been saying as much for the past 2 years). The Manager, several times, has offered to give me a «discount» on tenting — though he never gave me an actual price, however, only a «discounted price», which is in the range of most other businesses providing termite control services. The Manager has refused to speak with me directly even after repeated requests. They also failed to even address a liquid treatment this past visit, even though I paid my warranty fees for this year. Ineffective treatment, useless warranty, questionable discount, lack of customer service… what more could you ask for in finding reasons to AVOIDTHISCOMPANY for any services?
