History

Established in 2007.

In January 2007, Wendy Urso, PT, CLT, opened Advanced Therapy Concepts, an outpatient physical therapy facility. She saw a need to help patients reach the maximum potential for their individual physical needs and abilities. The mission of Advanced Therapy Concepts is to get our patients out of pain and discomfort and well on the way to an improved quality of life.

Business Owner

Wendy Urso has been a practicing physical therapist is Broward County, Florida since 1995, after graduating from Florida International University, Magna Cum Laude. She began her career in Physical Therapy on a spine team working with injuries of the spine, from simple strains to severe herniated disks and spinal surgeries.

She has worked with amateur and professional athletes in the capacity of a PT/​ATC/​CSCS. She also became a clinical golf specialist working with several up-​and-​coming golfers in the South Florida area. In January 2005, Wendy opened Advanced Therapy Concepts, an outpatient physical therapy facility. In 2009, she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
