At Phoenix Renovation and Restoration, we specialize in insurance restoration for commercial and residential property in the Kansas City metro and Lake of the Ozarks areas. If your property has been damaged by fire, flood, mold, storm, or other accidental cause, you want the Phoenix team on your side. Our emergency service means we’ll be there fast so that no more damage is done. At Phoenix, we strive not only to repair it, but to restore it to a level of quality equal to or better than the way it was before your loss occurred. Our team has the knowledge and experience not only to get the job done right, but to make sure you return to your «normal» life as soon as possible. Communication is critical both internally and with our customers. We provide a sense of normalcy and control in a situation that many times seems like chaos.

History

Established in 1999.

In December 2009, we opened our branch office at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. The lake area is unique; many of the homes are summer dwellings that sit vacant throughout the winter. In late spring, many homeowners return to the lake to prepare their homes for weekend usage. Unfortunately, some may find a pipe break that occurred over the winter months. Due to the length of time the water ran, many have mold growth in their home in addition to the water damage.

Our Central Missouri team understands the complexities that arise in this unique market and have the experience and knowledge needed to service the Lake of the Ozarks community. District Manager, Mark Broeker, is IICRC Certified in both mold remediation and water damage restoration. Mark’s commitment to client services and professional standards is evident in the numerous awards he and his trade partners have won. In addition, their lead technicians and carpenters have over twenty years combined experience in the restoration

Mark Broeker joined our team in the fall of 2005 to coordinate our Remodeling Division. Prior to joining the Phoenix team, Mark and his wife Myrna owned and operated MyMar Construction, a remodeling company specializing in whole house remodels and room additions. Mark’s commitment to client services and professional standards is evident in the numerous awards he and his trade partners have won over the past years. Mark brings 19 years of professional remodeling and reconstruction experience to Phoenix, and many more years of amateur experience from working with his father during his youth. Mark is a certified remodeler (CR) through the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI), and is very diligent in maintaining that certification. He is an active member of the Kansas City Chapter of NARI and many organizations at The Lake of the Ozarks.
