Meet the Business Owner

Kevin K.

Business Owner

Kevin is the founder and a principal of K D Kenny Builders+. Combining a genuine interest in good architecture and design with a commitment to build exquisite homes, Kevin established the company in 1979 a few years later brings on his partner, Jim Liu.

Kevin relies on his experience working for large developers and builders to help him evaluate, plan and create each and every home. Kevin’s love of building and his ability to freshly intrepid architectural plans and creative solutions to issues that arise has helped K D KENNY become one of the San Francisco Bay Areas sought after builders.

Kevin has personally managed the construction of the personal residences for some of the Bay Area’s most influential people. His philosophy is simple: «work with talented and creative architects and interior designers, for exciting and interesting clients, with highly skilled craftsmen and natural materials while in collaboration being innovative, creative and just having fun at building».
