I ordered a sandwich and one cookie simple enough right? served by clerk Maria who over charged intentionally on 9÷29÷15 before I left I asked her total cost was with one cookie and she said yes. By the time I got to my office, noticed I was being charged for bag of chip cost 1.25 rather then a cookie for .75 cents. Its about honesty and good service… SW staff dishonesty is well known from charging toasted when it was not, ring up different items for higher price. Maria you can keep it from cheating & lying don’t waist my time.

I’ve been here since moving to the area about a dozen times. Typical subways but i’ll say the staff has been courteous, the food good, and its relaxing to come in here. I’m not high maintenance really but i customize as i want and they are ready for what I throw at them. in terms of price etc, it’s a corporate pricing structure i think and you get what subways does but there’s good foot longs for 5.50 or 6.50. I think it’s important to always extend respect to workers and I find most always I get that back here and elsewhere.

It is a subway. No real seating. Not much parking either. Usually less crowded here would be the positive of this location. Employees are cool enough. Subway is playing a lot of games with the pricing these days. Guess they want to go back to being a second tier fast food option. This is not specific to this location though so will leave it at that.

Standard subway location. I read a lot of reviews about poor customer service, the service has been fine for me, the three times I’ve gone to this location.

DONOTGOTHERE! There a very rude employee who works there name Sophie and she was very, very rude. I went there with my son and I bought a sandwich. When I asked if she can exchange the bread that was very dry, she gave me a dirty look, very rudely said«NO!» And went to the back. It was almost closing time, I called a few times, but she ignored me. I eventually threw out the sandwich and left the place to eat somewhere else… It was very shocking and disappointing, It was very embarrassing towards my son who was with me too. I hope her manager will read it and fire her. She can not continue to serve people this way.

I will never go to this location again! The other day I went to this location at around 9:40ish, Right as I walked in a middle aged hispanic woman woman gave me a dirty look, and ignored me at the counter for alteast 5 minutes(hoping I would walk out so she could finish closing) she eventually rudely took my order, I ordered 1 large italian BMT meal and 1 reg. sized italian BMT meal. When it came time to pay the total was $ 14.80 because it was the daily special, I paid with a $ 20 bill and she returned to me only $ 5, she would not give me my $.20 because she had already counted the change for the register and would not give me a receipt! Regardless of whether it was only $.20, they have no right to refuse my change. I have already contacted Subways Corporate office about this, and I will be sure to let all my family and friends know NOT to come to this location, BEYONDDISAPPOINTED!

Am writing a review for this chain only. The restaurant is super clean and the staff here are really nice. I am a BIGGG fan of Subway and I love their $ 5 footlong option every Sunday, if you buy two or more subs. The staff here are good and are not stingy with their veggies compared to some other subway joint. Staff here are also friendly and efficient. Everything else is standard fare, but I appreciate how they maintain cleanliness and staff are good with throwing away their gloves after they ring your check before they serve someone else.

This review is for the particular Subway chain, though I’m a big fan of Subway in general! Yes, I love the Deli’s that are more of a mom and pop shop… but I also love me some Subway when I’m in a hurry because they are quick, and there is always one near by. This one is on my way home from school and most of my errands, so it’s usually my go to place. I have to say, it’s a little hard to find unless you are using your GPS or have been there before and parking usually sucks. This Subway is clean, moderately busy, but fast and on the way. There’s really not much to say, I’ve never had a bad tasting sandwich from there and they have never messed up. The only two things I’m negative about is that they look like they hate their job and want to get off work… But they are still friendly to the customers and I’ve had a few sandwiches that look like they were thrown together in a sloppy way. I don’t mind a little mess, so it’s not that big of a deal to me, but I know some that would care. My favorite sandwich is their Tuna and I love the Italian(White) bread to go with it. It’s nice and soft, just how i like it! You also can’t beat the… 5, 5 dollar foooot longs! :)

4 stars because… I wish this place didn’t close at 10!!! It needs to be 24 hours. The inside is a bit small, maybe only 4 tables. Customer service is pretty nice… although they did get my change wrong once, but that should be my fault really.

The dining room is a nice size for a subway. I wish the staff was nicer. All the workers seem rude.

I love subway but visiting this store made me second guess coming back. It was a hot day so i took my 4yr old and 6 yr old to eat a nice light lunch so Subway was my first choice, the service was not pleasant i felt like i interupted them from something more important: o(I was disappointed none the less. I would of walked out but my boys were hungry and irritated already.

I’m so glad this Subway is close enough for me to pop in for lunch during my 1-hour lunch break from work. It’s best to arrive about 15 min. before the noon or 1:00 hours, as it does get busy. The parking lot can also get a bit crowded, and you have to be careful to park in the designated Subway parking spaces, as each space is marked for a specific store in the plaza. They’re friendly and usually pretty generous with the portions, and they don’t mind if you ask for a little more of something. Sometimes it can be a little frustrating when I’m asked multiple times if I want cheese or want it toasted, but it’s not a big deal. One thing to note: It can get a bit hot and stuffy in here during the summer months, so be prepared to grab your sub to go on those days.

quick service, even when it gets really busy. An exception would be if a new employee is new and being trained, expect your time there to triple, as in my case a few times. The sandwich preparers rarely make a mistake. Fresh ingredients.

I had the worst subway experience of my life here! I love subway like I really, really love it. I eat subway every week at least once or twice it is my go-to fast food joint for lunch. Came here a few times and the service is pretty bad i. e the little mexican lady yelling at people for their orders and throwing your change at you. Plus a few times my sandwich was cut in half instead of the roll-type sandwich i’m used to getting from subway. Today absolutely took the cake though, the asian lady who runs this place was taking everyones order at the same time she was trying to put together people who’s sandwiches had already been ordered thus confusing herself and me being the only customer who ordered a toasted sub had to wait while she took three other customers orders and finished there sandwiches before mine while this is happening my poor sandwich sat on the side of the microwave oven for 5+mins! And on top of all this the man ringing everybody up did not know how to use the register correctly! I was there for 20mins! My lunch is only 30mins long so obviously I was pissed. I’ll be back only because it’s the closest subway to my work.

One thing to know about me: I am a huge fan of Subway. I love the idea of cheap sandwiches that are fast, relatively healthy fast food, and many options. So usually this subways is dependable. Somehow on the last trip it was a let down. I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Terriyaki sandwich that was a home run as usual, but the service was terribly slow and unfriendly. The workers do not seem interested in being fast nor polite, which is the only reason why I haven’t given it more stars. Food=good, service=terrible

I was in a Sammich Mood today so I stopped at this Subway to grab a Pastrami Sammich. The server was very well mannered and fast. I got my Pastrami foot long loaded and with Pepper Jack Cheese. It was Delish. I’m a sucker for Pastrami.

Ok, so I know a lot of people complain about subway because they don’t give that much meat or condiments. Well you may be right about other subways but not this one! Subway is franchised, meaning each individual subway can be owned. It’s not a whole company run thing which is why this Subway differs to others. The people here are nice, as nice as it gets. Five dollar foot-long in this recession, I think that’s a guaranteed yes.

Subway– eat fresh! more like subway, eat cheap! ok, its fresh too. maybe not the highest quality meats but decent. Hankering for a meatball sub, and zipped over to subway. You can’t beat a $ 5 footlong. It was quite big, I gave the other half of the manwhich to the roomie. Now, I cant say the employees are always the friendliest, or have the best manners, or in fact speak english? However, I will say this… this establishment is decent and clean. I’ve been to a couple of subways and this one draws me in for some reason. Get in, get out, and get your grub on. And now with the recession, for a buck more, add a side of chips, or whatever to your meal. After paying $ 14 for a so-so korean lunch, paying $ 6.50 for dinner, made me appreciate subway all the more…
