Absolutely I’m a Fan ! This little gem of a hair cutting place is snug in the corner of Borregas right by the Market. I work right a round the corner so I needed to find a place to cut my hair and wax my eye brows on my lunch hour. This place was perfect. Unassuming down to earth very nice women that work here.
Mirella was at the front desk when I walk in and greeted me with such a nice smile. Asked what did I need… Well I need a hair cut nothing special just a trim $ 20… I explained that if I didn’t get the hair wash and blow dry … well then $ 16. That sound better. My hair is leagth so I seriously don’t need any super cute going on. Also I needed to Get my eyebrows waxed.
Wtih my life being so busy lately I havn’t had no Lisa time. Plus getting away from work and being pampered was very much needed.
Mirella cut my hair she did a wonderful job. Not only did she has small talk for me and was super nice. The subject of our conversation was mostly how to keep my hair healthy. She gave me some great tips. Plus I do my own coloring so her tip are very helpful.
Another young lady did my eye brown I am very happy with the ending result.
Since I had such a great experience here I am going to come back in the future.

This is a Mexican-​run business and I am not Mexican. I hate to have to mention race, but I think this played a big factor in the treatment I received.
My first experience here was OK. The lady at the counter was cold towards me, but the hair stylist was good.

However, my second experience was HORRIBLE. While trimming the hair on the back of my neck, the hair stylist CUT my neck quite deeply. She then proceeded to cover it up with synthetic chemical coloring. She didn’t say anything.
Getting home and cleaning off my neck, I saw a clearly visible cut. My neck pained greatly for the next 2 – 3 days.
People make mistakes and I understand. But, if you don’t have the character to say sorry and instead make it worse by rubbing (toxic?) chemicals into my bloodstream, that is just wrong.
I am never coming back to this business and will be more selective in future where I go to get my hair cut.

I went last week to get my hair done. I got color/​hair cut and a have to say I was very happy with the result. It was the first time I got color done there and after this one, definetly going back.
At first, I had my doubts because i’ve been to different places and they always mess up my hair. Therefore, at this point I don’t trust hair stylists very much. But thanks to Daisy, I feel better and I know now theres still good stylist out there .
For sure I am going back for next time and will be refering it to friends and family.
