Rob M Cisneros, DDS

I’ve used Dr. Cisneros for over 20 years and he has ALWAYS been professional, helpful, and best of all answered my questions without making me feel like an idiot. I was just at his office and again, he helped me with a tough tooth question. I have difficult dental issues that have made me feel embarrassed when visiting other dentists but Dr. Cisneros takes the time to explain the whys and how tos to make my teeth the best they can be. AND, he follows through kindly and thoughtfully. Thanks Dr. Cisneros for making it easy to come to the dentist.

I first saw Dr. Rob when I was 12. He extracted a tooth that needed to come out before my orthodontist could put on my braces. My mom was shocked because she kept hearing laughter coming from the treatment room and couldn’t figure out what was going on. No laughing gas was used in this situation – Dr. Rob had me laughing and not freaked about having a tooth pulled. He was super chill, funny and really nice. 28 years later, I still go see him. I live in the north bay now and make the drive down there. My mom, sister, step-​dad and husband all see Dr. Rob too. He has taken GREAT care of my mom who has had some challenging dental situations, and he’s been really patient and accommodating to her. I’m totally watching how people treat my mom, and he’s done really well with her, so he’s good in my book.

Dr. Cisneros has been my dentist since I was 4 years old. 20 years later and he still impresses me. He is passionate about doing great work, is very effective at making a dentist experience pleasant and has a beautiful, comfortable office to match.
I have had quite a bit of dental work done to my teeth, and my smile is the one thing I get the most compliments on. All thanks to Dr. C. I would highly recommend him as a dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Cisneros for over 20 years now. Hands down, he’s an awesome and the most considerate dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s a very real guy — not the «starch white coat» type. He does great and thorough work, which also looks great! He doesn’t go to the most expensive procedure recommendation right off the bat and doesn’t do unnecessary work, just to be paid. He does what is needed, as cost effectively as possible. He and his staff go out of their way to see to it that their patients are comfortable, and it is a relaxed environment. He once came in on a Sunday to work on a tooth I broke because I was leaving on a business trip the next day. Add to all of the above — he gives good shots! I don’t even get tense when I have to get a shot anymore. With prior dentists, I’d grip the chair so hard my hands would ache!
One of the other reviewers commented on his equipment. It is all very current and very clean. His office isn’t one of those fancy types with the TV on the ceiling or headphones, as some dentists have. He also doesn’t triple book patients and spend only a minute or two with you so that he can afford that kind of environment either! He’s very one-​to-​one and has a personal style.

Before seeing Dr. Cisneros, I dreaded going to the dentist; mostly because I hated that feeling of being scolded for not flossing as much as I should have. ALL of the staff at Dr. Cisneros (from the receptionist to Dr. Cisneros himself) are very nice, helpful, and efficient. I have complete trust in him and his work as well as his level of professionalism and integrity.
For regular teeth cleanings, Dr. Cisneros makes sure to check with you on every other visit. They are also very accommodating if you need to reschedule an appointment.
I will continue to see Dr. Cisneros and highly recommend him to colleagues and friends.

Rob is an exellent dentist, I have recommended Rob to all of my family members, we are all extremely satisfied with his services.

This Dentist needs a lesson in in manors and customer service. He speaks negatively about his patients to other patients and in social settings — how high school. His equipment is not modern and up to date nor is it cleaned properly or kept to sanitary standards. This dentist should be skipped as there are many dentists to choose from with better skills, state of the art equipment, reasonable rates and not in business to play high school gossip games and milk your insurance.

Gentle and honest. No shame in going to see this dentist. He takes great care to provide painless treatment :)

I rather get up in front of a thousand people and give a presentation than go to the dentist. Usually going to the dentist is a traumatic experience for me, and I procrastinate about seeing the dentist. However, I thought I cracked my tooth and knew I had to go see a dentist. My boyfriend recommended his dentist Dr. Rob Cisneros, DDS. Dr. Rob Cisneros was very nice and empathetic about my fear. I had to have a crown put in, and Dr. Cisneros was very gentle and I felt very little pain during the whole process. I also had a deep cleaning with this water pic with no discomfort at all.
I know how important it is to have your teeth clean every six months, now I found a wonderful dentist… and its PAIN FREE.
