Specialties

I specialize in precision haircutting using points on the shape of the head. I have taken classes and seminars with Eufora, educated in Aquage’s graduated haircutting techniques, and use Framesi as a foundation in haircoloring. I carry various products such as Sebastian, Framesi, Eufora, Aquage, and Malibu C since I am a swimmer.

I also have services in skin care using Jean D’Arcel, waxing, and lash extensions. Pedicures and manicures are also in my menu.

History

Established in 1983.

I have moved to this new location about 4 years ago and have been a solo salon meaning I have a private salon in an industrial building creating a quiet and exclusive setting, so I can be more creative with no drama and chit chat.

My Mom, Grandma and I have all gone to Pauline for quite some time now. She does a very thorough job on my haircuts. First she checks what I want and then we talk strategy (like how the hair will fall, where there is faster hair growth, how the hair frames my face, etc.). She is very detail oriented and sincerely cares about the quality of the haircut. She is always attending seminars and sessions to learn the latest and greatest. I highly recommend this thorough stylist. Not to mention, she is a jack of all trades from facials and nails to waxing and hair cuts. Oh yea, and she is clean, friendly, professional and quite flexible in scheduling appointments. My 1 suggestion is that since my haircuts take about 2 hours, it would be nice if there was TV: D. Pauline has cut my hair for 20+ years. I have gone to her through several salons. She is always ready to see you, and has been thinking about how to cut your hair better than the last time. Pauline is insightful, precise, extremely clean and organized. I don’t mind the 4 hour cut, eyebrow, and facial. If you have less time let her know and she will adjust the time for your appointment. Now she has her own private salon, which is soooo nice. You are the center of attention in her shop! So get ready to have your best cut ever!
