Everything is made from scratch in house to insure the freshness and integrity of our food. We avoid ingredients with preservatives and unnatural additives and only use whole and real foods. We started this restaurant because we were Inspired by Nutrition. We created a restaurant were you know what is exactly in your food down to the sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. We only use high quality ingredients to feed the body. Our foods keeps you going and feeling good. Come try it yourself!

Off The Stick was founded in 2014 when two brothers experienced first hand the effects healthy foods have and grew the passion to share what was having such a positive impact on their lives. When their mother was faced with health issues from her weight, the whole family became motivated to eat healthier and learn about good nutrition. Overcoming her challenge, she lost 85lbs in less than a year through simply eating the right foods and became more full of life and energy. This experience opened the brothers’ eyes to how simple and delicious healthy eating can be and how much of an impact it can have on your life. They were stumped at why this food wasn’t more accessible and it motivated them to open the first Off The Stick.
