While I wish we had more options for Indian tailors in the area, Mr. Gajjar was great. His work was done in a timely manner and when my sari blouse didn’t fit quite right he fixed it on the spot within a few minutes. (Blouses are usually ~$ 30 range but mine cost $ 50 because it is velvet and required some extra work.)
I need to get an anarkali suit altered and will definitely bring it to to him. (He quoted me $ 15 – 20 for that type of alteration.)

I was looking for a place to get my saree blouses stitched.
While East West appliances was rude and told me they were not accepting any stitching orders until after Diwali, Manisha Saree Palace told me politely that they do not provide tailoring and only have ready made blouses (which btw are very good).
So now I was stuck with a couple of blouse pieces in the right colors but no one to tailor them. I came across the review for Mr. Gajjar’s tailoring and called him up. He asked me to bring a size blouse which I was happy to provide.
He had both my blouses ready in 4 days — one of them with lining and the other without. The fit was perfect and stitching was very neat and beautiful. His prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend his stitching.

Mr. Gajjar is awesome.
My cousin told me about him; his straight forward and sweet.
I gave him a blouse piece with a standard design and needed lining (+ $ 3) = ~$ 39.
Drop off on Monday got it on Thursday (but that was because I was nagging him to finish it early… otherwise I believe he has a 1 week lead time)
Its not as cheap as India, but then again I don’t have to shell out ~$ 1K for an air ticket in order to get a blouse stitched.
This is the best, turns out his Guju… love that.
