I called for free wood chips/​mulch to use for my home’s landscaping, so how can I complain, right? Well, first off, I had to call numerous times. Not like I didn’t get a hold of anybody, but even when they scheduled deliveries, they didn’t show… nor did they call to tell me they weren’t coming. This was extremely displeasing as I took time off work on two separate occasions to wait for them.
Next, when the wood chips finally did get delivered, they were full of leaves, pines, and limes. Yes, limes. A lot of limes. So, the quality wasn’t great, but they were free so what can I really say. On top of which, I was able to get a bit of decent stuff out of the pile which will only improve after the pines and leaves dry up and bio degrade.
I guess, when all is send and done, I would have given them three stars if they would have held to the first scheduled appointment.
Final caveat, this review in no way reflects how they operate any other part of their tree service business (aka, their actual money making business). This review is only for people looking for wood chips.
