Moreno & Associates, inc. provides quality commercial Building Services which include, Janitorial, Day porters, Extra Labor, Floor care maintenance, and low height window washing. We have a full service painting/​coatings division that specializes in interior and exterior repaints as well as specialty coatings ranging from anti-​microbial coatings to anti-​graffiti systems.

Established in 1993.

Established in 1993 Moreno & Associates, Inc. was formed to provide first rate building maintenance services to the entire Bay Area. We are available 7 days a week 24 hours per day. Moreno is a family owned business having three generations of family members involved in the business. Our service and Management team members have over 250 years of combined experience.

Business Owner

Ernesto Moreno born in San Jose is a third generation Santa Clara Valley Native. He has been in the building maintenance industry since 1985. Together with his wife Stacie, family members and long term managers and staff, Moreno & Associates, inc. has grown organically based on quality service at a reasonable fee. We are proud to be a locally based company since 1993.
