I brought my child in for what I thought was a really bad cut on his leg that caused him to need stitches. Juliana was the provider She assured me that it really isn’t as bad as it seems and that she would make him all better. Working in customer service I was very impressed with her people skills. She got on my son’s level and told him everything she was going to do before she did it. She spend extra time explaining the differences in suture material and at home care. I like that she treated us like curious parents instead of just a number. I feel like my dad saying this, but it feels good to know we still have caring people in this day and age. The staff was very polite and genuinely caring. Facility was very clean. My wife returned last week to get blood work done for insurance purposes. Thank you Med Prem.
