Hands down best dentist in bay, Dr Kiran is so awesome, her Touch is so gentle that I fell sleep in dental chair, also shout out too her terrific staff, I m her client forever, highly recommend

Dr Rapal is a good dentist, however I can not say the same about her stuff, office manager Christina and Jenna. They send bills to wrong address and trying to take you to collection service. Not only that they charge you $ 189 copay for 5 min consultation.

I stopped being a patient of Dr. Kiran Rapal because a tooth repair (a crown) failed (fell off) within six months of the treatment. I had to pay nearly $ 1200 out of pocket for this repair because her clinic had already exhausted my insurance coverage for the year. She had recommended about a half dozen additional repairs that, in the opinion of my current dentist, are not necessary. To be fair, Dr. Rapal and her office staff are corteous and pleasant. Visit her if you are looking to pay top dollar for dental care.

Perfect competent performance: However, BE WARNED! This dental office GROSSLY UNDERESTIMATES the cost of dental work and ASSUMES full insurance coverage in giving you the estimate which in reality, NEVER OCCURS.
Their paperwork is also imprecise and unapologetic, two things you DO NOT want from any medical practitioner.

Should you be looking for a fabulous dentist, look no further. Dr. Rapal is about the BEST you can ask for. The knowledge, expertese in her work is comprehension. I have always disliked making appointments for dental work and Dr. Rapal has certainly changed that for me. I have had several crowns done and all without pain or any issues following the procedures. I also had a successful root canal which I had heard horror stories about and again, Dr. Rapal completed this procedure without any pain or problems following. She is a 100% compassionate, excellent dentist…

This is not a wonderful dentist. This place is a scam. The previous dentist here was honest and straight forward. They over-​bill insurance, charge you outrageous cancellation fees, try to sell you $ 100 tooth brushes and drag out the process of actually getting any work by charging you to watch dvd’s. Avoid this place at all costs. Your insurance will likely not cover a large portion of the services performed here as they are non essential. They push for «deep cleanings» and other cosmetic work. There are better, more ethical dentists out here that don’t have such high pressure sales /​marketing based practices.

Dr. Rapal is an exceptional dentist. I wanted a healthy, «hollywood» smile (a complete restoration), and the results were outstanding. Not only is she excellent as a Dentist, but she is very honest and ethical. I’m so thrilled with the work and recommend her highly.

Kiran is an excellent dentist. Her and her staff are extremely professional and very patient. She has 2 offices, Sunnyvale and Saratoga, she has taken care of me and my family for the past 5 + years.
